So uh…that new Pokemon game, huh? Anyways, I decided to draw Toa Lewa and Toa Gali, since ya know…they are the toa of Air and water, and the games are titled wind and waves! Just felt like a fun idea. I’m glad to see Pokemon returning to the tropics, man I miss video games in tropical settings.

I strongly believe the doctor and the master erasing their names from history so they would be the only ones to remember them is the gayest thing they have ever done like this is unprecedent levels of gay. Even gayer than "Two hearts." "And both of them yours". Even gayer than "Why would it stop? I mean, how else would I get your attention?". Even gayer than Missy calling the Doctor her boyfriend thorough series 8 for some reason. EVEN gayer than "She was my man crush" or "No beard this time. Well, a wife" or Torvic or all the times they've kissed OR the master's last wish being for the doctor to bring his ashes back to gallifrey and you know what? I'd even go as far as saying it is gayer than "A COSMOS WITHOUT THE DOCTOR SCARCELY BARES THINKING ABOUT". This has quickly turned into a compilation of the doctor and the master's gayest moments but I need you to understand how much nothing compares to this moment it rests ON TOP.

My Thoughts on Iron Lung

It took longer than I thought to put my thoughts together in a coherent manner, so now I'm back with my thoughts on Iron Lung.

First things first, it's been a long time since any sort of horror story has been able to get me to feel what the characters are experiencing emotionally like Iron Lung has. I believe the last time I felt like this was when I first saw the Doctor Who episode, Midnight.

My biggest complaint with most horror movies is that the characters tend to feel more like stereotypes than actual human beings. I believe horror works best when the characters feel real, which Iron Lung does exceptionally well. You can feel Simon's frustration, hope, and more throughout the movie, which despite the situation feeling hopeless you just can't help but route for the guy.

After the movie, my sister, @damoonlightsys and I talked quite a bit about the voices and hallucinations Simon experiences. About whether they are from the eldritch nature of the blood ocean or from the oxygen deprivation, radiation poisoning, concussions, etc. that Simon has experienced throughout the course of the film. The movie is open-ended in a way that allows you to interpret it how you want. It has definitely opened the doors for fan fiction writers to go wild with the ending and world building, albiet most of the heavy lifting for that was done by the developer of Iron Lung, David Szymanski.

In all honesty, I would love to see more films come out that are true to its source like this one. Markiplier has proven that a truly faithful video game movie adaptation can be done.
