Leg Strengthening Workout Video
For anyone who is scared of/gets lost in the weights section of the gym, here’s an intro leg workout that includes some single leg/balance exercises to work your stabilizing muscles and make it a little more specific to dance. This is a great workout to get started and help you build up a strength base. Feel free to message me with questions!

Yay! I found this! Thank you! Will probably try this week. Do you do all the sets of a exercise right in a row or do you do the exercises one after another then repeat?
I start most of my clients on a circuit, so all the exercises one after another, then repeat. Most of the time in my personal workouts, I do all the sets of one exercise together, then move onto the next one. This particular workout is basically an introduction to leg strength exercises so either will be effective!
