Hello! I saw this jump online it looks like a firebird, but the front leg is bent... What jump is it called?

A leap where you appear to land on one knee, while the other leg rotates straight.

A dance move when the hands are flat on the ground in front of the body, with one leg in the air and the other foot near the head.

Reverse Leg Hold Turns

A turn similar to the Kick Spin, except the leg kicks in the opposite direction. In this turn, the leg starts on the side the leg in on, not crossing the body (ie. if the are kicking with the right leg, you would turn to the right).

A turn where one leg brushes upwards and is caught while turning. The leg kicks across the body and the turn is in the direction the leg is kicked towards.

A move where one leg is in a leg extension/tilt position and the upper body moves towards the floor, while keeping the leg in the air.

Reverse Leap or Back Leap

A formation of a grand jete where the leap starts in one direction and the dancer switches his/her chest and hips to the opposite side in the air.
