It has the same heart.

It's the same but picked up later.

It's a love letter to the past but still grounded in present. It has new things to say that's true to the world and it's own universe. It has a legitimate reason to come back and has clearly put a lot of thought and care into what it wants to do with its second chance.

It's exordinary.

You can truly feel the love and care and I'm so thankful and happy.

I went into it with an open mind but not expecting much and was blown away. Scrubs really cares and understands their own show and it shows.

(We don't talk about that last season that shouldn't exist because it was supposed to be a spin-off but wasn't but if we did acknowledge that then the revival would have redeemed that terrible network decision. Maybe. The revival is damn good but damn that was a really fucking dumb network decision)

Finding odd shows you used to catch a few episodes of as a kid and then rewatching as an adult is so fun because sometimes they aren't so odd when you can watch a bunch of episodes together and other times they're even weirder with more context

The worst was the super "emotional" scene where she says the love of her life was near death and all her face could do was a few tears and wide eyes because her face couldn't move. It makes her a bad actor. Pity but if you can't emote then you're a shit actor. Full stop

Got 3 hours of sleep and man I was so upbeat and fun today! Totally nailed the day. No notes. I was a fucking delight to be around.

Sleep is so weird. I can be more awake/feel reset/rested on 3 or 4 hours of sleep then 8 hours of sleep if I happen to nail my REM sleep cycle juuust right.

And why did I get 3 hours of sleep? Did the classic gonna just read a paragraph or two of this behemoth fic to check it out and have something saved to read the next night. Yeah, I read the whole thing plus the sequel. It was daylight when I finished and went to sleep. No regrets. Sometimes you just gotta let yourself be swept away and lose all sense of time
