I’m just saying, but it might be true what they say, Los Angeles really gives New York a run for its money. I mean there’s actually decent beaches, which means yes, my photography life is now in full swing since my writing is taking a hard hiatus with no more college teaching.

Flora: I can't begin to understand what that is like for you, Bug. All I know is Judy and I made a mistake and we should have introduced you kids a lot sooner. I will take part of the blame for that. And you don't deserve that, you deserve none of it.

Flora: Quinn and I have butted heads recently about the same issue. When it comes down to it, their is nothing we can do about her decision. I just hope she comes to realized her choices effect not only her but Rachel and the baby.

Flora: It's going to take time, someday they will come around. Just start slow, Frannie will be harder then Quinn. She warmed up to Julie and she'll warm up to you in time. She'll come to see the amazing guy you are, that you just want her to see what's right in front of her.

Flora: As for Julie, you know she just wants to help. She just wants everyone to be happy and that I also take blame for. She just wants us to be a big family, for all you kids to know each other. She's just doing the little sister thing. I wish you would have told me this when I was in New York. So I could give you a big hug and make you feel better.

Flora: I hope this helped, I hope my words are enough. Just know your family loves you, Bug. Especially me, I will do anything to make it right.
