Hijirihara...! I hope that you are alright... In times of distress, you should know that it's okay to take a break, relax, and recover your energy! I get low a lot....so I usually take a lot of time for myself to recharge... It's important to know that your health and wellbeing are more important than anything! When I feel very stressed out and anxious, I like to play games or watch youtube videos to distract myself the best I can... Sometimes just talking and hanging out with friends can take you miles too!

As for behavior... I'm not sure if I can help you much with that... In what way do you feel like your behavior is straying off its course...? If you feel like you may be lashing out or unintentionally hurting people or something of the sort, perhaps it's best to distance yourself and take a while to calm down. Sometimes we cant control the way we may react to things, but there's a possibility for us to contain it!

Anyways....I suppose I just want you to know that if you're feeling bad, the best cure is to take care of yourself!!! Know that you are important, you are loved, and you will get through this! Sure, you may not feel like it now, that's how it is... But storms pass, they always do, and the peace after the storm will lead you to better days, I'm sure of it! The almighty mage Himiko Yumeno sees all... and for you she sees a brighter and happier future. I may be unreliable in a lot of aspects, but you can trust me on that...!

Togami...! I'm very sorry this has happened to you. It can feel heartbreaking when you feel like you know someone only to realize how bad of a person they are. It's hard sometimes, being able to tell what kind of person someone will be at first. You have to really become friends to truly know. And sometimes...the results isn't what we would hope for.

But don't let them influence you!! You are your own person, you can have your own opinions, you don't have to be like them. The great and influential Byakuya Togami can be swayed by no man... Have faith in yourself...! If you really feel like you might end up like them, then you should try and cut contact with them. Sometimes it's just...better for you if you're not friends with someone... healthier. Being around people that are abusive can really bring you down, and sometimes you have to do what's right for yourself...!

Despite this, though, never be afraid to take the risk and meet more people. Just because there's one bad apple, doesn't mean they'll all be...! You just gotta...bite into it to see. Hmm... that was a little bit of a weird comparison, but I hope it gets the point across.

I want you to feel safe...to feel okay!! If you ever need to talk to anyone, I'm all ears when I have the time (my blog is here!!).
