How are the shin translations for chaos lineage going?

there is at least 1 repost of our twst scanlations that I’ve seen floating around tumblr now –

if you see them, please don’t reblog them. I’m trying to get in contact with op to take them down but the amount of reblogs is 5+ already, which isn’t a lot, but still enough ;; once the original post gets deleted, those reblogs will still be around–

I never clarified what you can and can’t do with those scans bc I assumed no one would repost from mangadex … but please respect my wishes with these scans, otherwise I won’t be scanning/translating any future twst content for the public.

here are my rules: you literally can do anything but repost. edits, analyses w/ snippets, recolorings, icons, whatever - as long as you’re not taking each page and posting them just to have a post (without any substance to add onto it). please.

1k follower Celebration!

I took a bit of thought on how I can celebrate reaching 1k followers on my blog, and I wanted to try something fun to go along with the upcoming Autumn season

I will be holding a contest sort of like an art raffle but with a fun twist!

How to enter: 

simply draw your favorite fandom character, or OC with fall themed attire/aspects or wearing a Halloween costume.

Writing entries are also accepted! Just make headcanons, scenarios, or drabbles/short stories that are based around Halloween or the Autumn season!

you can make the art as simple or complex as you want. make the story/writing as long or as short as you’d like, but keep in mind that the more creative your entry is, the higher your chance of winning will be!

In order to keep the contest unbiased from myself, all entries will be voted on in a poll by all of you, and the top 3 will be sorted into a randomizer by me.

There will be three winners. 

1st prize will be a full colored full body drawing of up to 2 characters.

2nd prize will be a colored sketch bust

3rd prize will be a chibi of any character of your choosing. 

I look forward to seeing any and all participants’ entries

even if you don’t win, or even if you don’t feel like entering I thought it would still be a fun way to celebrate the upcoming holiday with everyone!

I uhm… as much as I love Laito Sakamaki I do know the translator and she really is a nice person. Please don‘t be so impatient about getting the last story and the endings. I know she might be slow recently, but she had some reasons to be so please consider it. I just texted her about it and she said she might start his last story tomorrow, but thank you for asking me I do appreciate it hehe♡

please don’t treat nina like a machine who can just pump out translations whenever you’re feeling impatient. she’s already balancing four entire routes by herself. that was seriously disrespectful to yxkesz too - have you considered that they might have a life? both of them are hardworking translators who didn’t have to step up and start translating for this game, tbh. please take a minute to remember how much love can go into translating for this game and how often some people in this fandom totally dismiss that with their mind focused only on “when’s the next script coming out???”

I guarantee, 100%, that translators will feel much more motivated & encouraged if you told them how much you appreciate them, how much you’re rooting for them, how happy their updates make you, rather than running off to other tlers the second you feel like someone has “taken too long.” it’s horribly insulting. for gods sake it hasn’t even been that long at all.

obviously I can’t speak for ever tler, but I really doubt asks like these would make anyone actually want to tl faster. please remember there’s a person behind every tler’s pfp who’s trying their hardest.

Putain d’abord on se fait harceler par un connard qui veut publier le patch parce qu’il supporte pas qu’on veuille le donner qu’aux gens qui on acheté le jeux, parce qu’on ne veut pas encourager le piratage, et au même moment on nous tombe dessus parce que soit-disant on encouragerait le piratage, et apparement juste publier les traductions sur Tumblr ou je ne sais où serait mieux. Bah ouai, c’est clair Karen, je suis sûre que les personnes qui suivent mes traductions ont toutes acheté le jeu, et faire un patch réservé aux gens qui ont acheté le jeux n’a absolument poussé personne à l’acheter. Donc ouai le patch a quand même été volé et publié sur le net, le jeux va sûrement être piraté, mais qu’est-ce-qui est mieux, publier un patch et avoir 50 personnes qui achètent le jeux et 50 qui le piratent, ou juste poster des traductions et avoir 10 personnes qui achètent le jeux et 30 qui le piratent? (Indice, 50>10)

Announcing of Dropping DIABOLIK LOVERS MORE;BLOOD

To sum things up:

Someone leaked the Diabolik Lovers Limited V Edition patch, posting it publicly despite all our warnings and requests. Thus we are following through with our original policy.

We’re stopping every projects related to Diabolik Lovers, including further support for Limited V Edition, and there won’t be a patch for More;Blood.

Collar x Malice Unlimited will still be released, but privately. After all, you guys will get the English version of it from Aksys for the switch next year!

I (the leader of otogetranslations) will still be helping other translators with their projects: Brothers Conflict, Hakuoki SSL. How the patch is gonna be distributed is up to their respective leaders (coquettishcat for Hakuoki SSL, and PassionandBrilliance for Brothers Conflict).

No more Black Wolves Saga. This project I (Reishiki) started by asking permission to use existing translation from orlandoblue @tumblr, Siberia (twitter.com/bakemeatz). The patch of Black Wolves Saga Bloody Nightmare is to be completed soon. But it’s no more.

DIABOLIK LOVERS ENGLISH PATCH RELEASE!

At long last, we have fully completed our English patch for the Limited V Edition of Diabolik Lovers Haunted Dark Bridal. Reminder that you must be able to send us proof of your purchase of the game in order to receive a copy of the patch. There are instructions on how to do this in the link above. 

Also, note that the patch is around 2.5 GB, so your memory card must have at least 3GB or so of space on it for the patch to be able to be installed.

This patch was worked on by a lot of people (over 25!), and as much as we tried to keep everything consistent, scripts have different translators, which means different writing styles. We have done our best in editing to make them all cohesive, but if a few scripts sound a little different, it’s because they were probably worked on by a different team member.

If anyone notices any errors or problems, please let us know! This game is fairly large, and even though we proofed it and beta tested it multiple times, we probably missed things here and there.
