I do know a little but I just don’t feel comfortable listening to other people’s conversations since it feels like invading their privacy. And I don’t like people listening to mine either. I mean, it’s none of their business. Was it fun? Shopping for a dress?
Sometimes you can't help it. It's not like there's a lot of privacy down here. It was okay. We weren't there for long and found the two dresses pretty quickly. So, I wasn't really out for that long. But the fresh air was nice.

I've been okay. The swelling around my eye has gone down, but it's still bruised. It's all good though. Eh, not really. There was one, but he lost interest and I'm moving on. No reason to try so hard to get the attention of someone who clearly doesn't care. I have more respect for myself than that.
He likes to fight because it lets him take his anger out and bitterness towards life and love. Plus, he gets paid for it, so if his parents ever cut him off, it ain’t a problem for him cause he’s got a fortune already by fighting.
Hey, if it works for him, more power to him. I've heard that though. That fighting or boxing helps you get your anger out. I've never tried it, but I'm sure it works.
I suppose I just don’t pay attention then, probably why I don’t know what’s happening around me most of the time. Is that bad? That I’m so oblivious about the happenings in this place if I haven’t been told directly? That’s probably as lucky as I’ll get… why haven’t you been out?
It's really the only entertainment I get, so I pay attention. I wouldn't call it bad, but I think in a place like this it's pretty good idea to know at least a little bit about what's going on around you. I actually did go out once, but it was quick and we didn't do anything really fun other than shop for gowns for the ball. It was a quick trip and I forgot about it.
