Kelly looked at her stomach. She did was kind of hungry too. “Yeah, that doesn’t sound so bad. But where to go?”

Daniel smiled, “Well since you don’t want to be seen, we can just grab takeout and go back to my place? Just hang out, watch a movie or something?”

“Okay… surprise me then.” she smiled.

Daniel smiled looking at her, “Alright well.. first let’s start with food. Cause i’m starving.”

“So you can keep me away from that for 24 hours?”

“If you want me to keep you away for 24 hours, then that’s what i’ll do.”

It was weird he pretended not to know any of those things since it’s not like -A made it easy for Kelly not to be known in the whole town but she didn’t say anything. “Doesn’t matter anymore. I just want a day without whispers.”

Kelly took a deep breath not to scoff at him when he named her princess. He wanted to help so she would let him. When he asked though, she couldn’t exactly tell anyone about the real truth. “Kept a lot of secrets until they got out. Meet the town druggie, aka homewrecker, who’s friends die like flies.”

Daniel looked at her, he already knew all this information since he himself was part of the A team. But he couldn’t let that slip, “Yikes.. i’m sorry about your friends.” He spoke, seeing her go through this, only reminded him how much he needed to find A and take him, her, it down.

Kelly didn’t say anything, and followed, not really knowing what was the point of this. She couldn’t hide all her life. “Great, now they’ll think I lured you in or something….” she sighed, getting into the car. “Where are we going?”

He rolled his eyes, “Just get in the car princess.” He spoke, before closing the door and walking over to the drivers side. “Away from the open.” He spoke before turning on his car. “So what did you do?”

Kelly rolled her eyes at him. “Anyone… just look around.” she shrugged feeling everyone whisper about her. “It’s just… I mean I don’t care but, I just want one day without it. It’s just stupid lies anyway.”

Dan looked at her face, then looked up and saw people whispering “Hey, hey.. come on.” He spoke and guided her out of the public eye. “Follow me.” He spoke and walked ahead to his car and opened the passenger door.

Kelly breathed for a moment, looking at him. “Fine…” she said, looking down. “It’s just all I hear leately.”
