HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Penny: I am PennyMan, and I fight robots using their powers after defeating them. I have to start from the beginning in the next game because holding too many at once causes me to develop homicidal tendencies.
Penny: I am PennyMan X, and I do the same thing as PennyMan, except my setting is in a dark, gritty future and also I have a rival everyone likes more than me.
Penny: I am PennyMan Legends. I am set in the distant future of my predecessors and my primary function is to search ancient ruins and functionally operate as the canonically least powerful in the franchise, as well as having the least satisfying conclusion.
Penny: I am PennyMan Battle Network. I am set in an alternate universe where I am both an artifical intelligent lifeform and a 5th grade student battling cyber-criminals and viruses.
Penny: I am PennyMan StarForce. I am essentially the same as my predecessor, except instead of an artificially intelligent lifeform created by humans, I am an alien war-refugee fighting against other aliens who are attempting to invade my planet, and instead of a 5th grader, I am a child suffering from depression.
???: What about Mighty No. 9?
Penny: (Eyes glowing red) WHAT ABOUT MIGHTY NO. 9?

Things One Piece is about:
Piracy
Adventure
The power of friendship
Fighting against oppression no matter what form it takes, be it a corrupt king, rival pirates, or a system of government that controls the whole world
The only way to make a change when stuck in a situation that's actively taking away your freedom and rights is by force
Racism and discrimination are complicated issues that cannot be solved over night, it takes a combined effort to reach an understanding and to change people's views, and even if you can't let go of your own hatred because of the horrible things you've experienced, you shouldn't pass that hatred onto the next generation and instead allow them to form their own opinions through their own lived experiences
Freedom and liberation are basic human rights
Everyone, no matter who they are, should have access to food and water
Healthcare should be readily available to anyone who needs it
It's incredibly important to not only learn, but understand and preserve history, because those who seek power will go out of their way to destroy inconvenient information, erasing the stories of those who no longer have a voice, dooming society into forever repeating the same mistakes without ever learning from them
Children shouldn't suffer because of the actions of their parents
Queer people

The sexy actress Fran Fullenwider, an English-based beauty of 5’2”, and 242 to 286 pounds in majestic stature at various times, who was popular in European cinema, of the 1970’s and 1980’s, not to mention The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This delightful poster was from Una sera c’incontrammo (1975).

OOOOOOOOHH~! THIS is so good! I was thinking of an idea for my PMD story... that'll get written... eventually...
Ice beam is low-key a sauceless "standard" move for its type
Earthquake? That is THE ground move. The ground quakes beneath you.
Surf? A giant wave of water that your pokemon can ride. A thunderous tide. Invokes the ocean.
Thunderbolt? Arcing flashes of electricity zap you.
Flamethrower? Fire breath, fire throwing, an arc of propelled flame is classic.
Ice beam? It's a beam. Of ice. Could've been a gust of frigid wind, or a frost incursion, or being entombed in a glacial slab, but noooooo it's a beam. Of ice.
yes but it goes foowaaaa ting ting ting ting ting ting and i really like that part

comicfury continues to reign supreme as the only webcomic platform that understands it's a webcomic platform
making an extra post because the tags aren't good enough
here is all the reasons why you should use comicfury (if you aren't already) :
pretty much full control over your custom site design. if you're an HTML/CSS nerd you can go as crazy as you want with it. but for those who aren't so code-savvy, there are also simplified built-in design tools so you can create a unique site for yourself and your work. reject homogeneous minimalism design of bigger platforms, embrace tradition of mid-2000's kitchen sink site design (if that's what you want, that is).
the site demonstrates its own philosophies through its extremely charming vintage 2000's-era site design. it ain't broke so it doesn't need fixing. if it's too 'ugly' for you and wards you off from using the site, then it's succeeding at what it was designed to do.
forums! remember those??? CF sure does!
full view of your comic statistics over the past month, shown as delicious daily line graphs, separated by unique visitors, web page view, and scroll view.
hosting is free. don't want that pesky 'thecomicseries' or 'comicfury' add-on? all you gotta do is purchase your own domain name. contact kyo and they'll take care of the rest.
you can categorize your pages per chapter, making for an easier reading experience
you can include page transcripts for screen-readers as well as mouseover text
you can enable comments per upload and even manage them so that all comments have to be approved by you before they're shared publicly
archive tagging!!! i.e. you can tag uploads with relevant characters / locations / etc. so people can find specific pages easier on your site.
you can run a goddang BLOG on your comic site so that people can read what you've been up to! or don't, it's your choice!
clear filters for NSFW content. the filters do what they must to inform your audience as intended, outside of that, your comic will not be taken down, flagged, or suppressed in search results just because it contains violence or boobies.
they are strictly anti-AI
they do not make licensing deals with third-party companies, so the only 'competition' you have are other indie creators like you, no Marvel or DC nonsense
you're free to embed ads and/or donation buttons on your site and CF will not take off a single cent of it for themselves.
the front page goes to Recently Updated by default, all the other tabs are simply Popular Now and Popular Overall. there's also a Random button if you want to be surprised with something new. while this might seem like a bad thing for people who prefer custom filtering, this unbiased layout prevents the common visibility issues / favoritism / etc. that happen on other platforms.
but if you DO want to find something new that fits your specific tastes? just use their search bar, unlike on Webtoons it actually does what search bars are supposed to do! within the search page you can pick and choose whatever genre tags you want, and you can filter out major NSFW flags you're not comfortable with seeing.
saving the best for last: none of those features outlined above require paying a premium subscription tier. you have access to ALL the same tools and permissions that everyone else does. you have just as much potential to gain an audience there as everyone else and you are all granted the same freedoms.
Never heard of 'em 'til now. I'll have to check 'em out!
⚠️small safety PSA⚠️:
lately, there's been a huge influx of blogs with urls like "staff28572" tagging people in posts, and telling them things like "security notice / need to verify your blog ", etc. And they'll direct you to click on a link.
Don't click it. It's a phishing scam. Block and report the blog if you get tagged by them. Tumblr staff will never tag you in a post like that... and they don't have a million side staff blogs. The only real tumblr staff blogs are @staff and @support.
Stay safe out there, y'all

Beep boop! I look for accidental haiku posts. Sometimes I mess up.
Commissioned work, Goth Squirrel Girl.
I want a girl so out of shape and overfed that her body is literally only fit for lounging back and stuffing her face
Sitting up? Breathing more heavily
Reaching for snacks? Heart pounding in her ears
Standing up? Red faced and flushed with effort
God forbid—walking? Full on wheezing, struggling to catch her breath, drenched in sweat
Her arms get tired from the weight of a two liter, her feet are sore from stabding, her lungs burn when she rolls over, and her back aches from sitting upright
Only comfortable when she's completely sedentary, lounged back and cradling a belly full of fattening junk food
I want her body completely useless, so I can see just how well I've treated her. After all: a girl so grossly out of shape that she can't do anything but eat must've been so spoiled she didn't need to do anything else
How else am I to know I've treated a girl right?
