“Thank you, Professor, I’m hoping that it’ll get easier once summer comes and I’ll have graduated.” It was no surprise that Lucy was already thinking about moving out of her parents home. 

Lucy laughed and shook her head, “I wouldn’t say stupid, forgetful perhaps?” The professor was right, she needed to do something to keep her mind off of how much she hated being here and if finding Molly, or anyone for that matter, would help then she should probably do it, “Thanks again, I think I’ll do just that.”

“I’m sure it will. Any clue what you’re going to study?”

“Of course, sweetheart! Go have fun -- and Happy New Year!”

“You don’t know the half of it.” Lucy mumbled, “And yeah, I don’t think there is a member of my family who isn’t here, I’ll probably find my sister at some point, she’ll keep my sane through all of this.”

Daphne looked at the girl sympathetically, “I’m always here to listen if you need it.”

“That was stupid of me to say wasn’t it? Of course your family is here,” she replied, wanting to slap herself upside the head. “If you think seeing your sister will help, then I suggest you go to her. It would suck to sit here alone and anxious all night.”

“That’s not fair of them to force you here if they know that...” Daphne commented with a soft tone. “You don’t have to throw yourself out there if you’re not comfortable. Are none of your friends or family here?”
