Hi there! I was wondering if you have any tips on dealing with depression when you're 13 and have no way of getting help? ive been having depression symptoms for almost two years, but I can't really get a diagnosis and my school doesn't have anyone I can actually trust.
Hey there, I’m sorry that you’re going through this! Please know that you are not alone and that YNA is here to support you in all of your endeavors. We actually get questions every week regarding depression/anxiety so I’m going to put together a masterpost that I hope you’ll find helpful.
