Where have I been? WELL LEMME TELL YOU...

Righto so, yous deserve an update!

And I will be the first to admit that I am total dirt at trying to maintain an online presence - because I am a mentally ill, paranoid individual - but also I'm simply not a good enough artist to continuously produce work at the speed of others when life events happen as well. You're all wizards. How do you do it.

Long story short, my A3 flatbed scanner broke back in January, and I underwent major surgery 2 months ago. (I am fine, it all went very well, and just about fully healed.) Anyway, scanner dead, so... 'Can't scan all the work I've been doing up til now... Yet.

In the meantime, I am going to try and find a way to get together some coin for a new scanner which is about 300 euro. The old thing started scanning all my work with wiggly lines which honestly takes waaaay too much time to redraw on the computer, and then it died anyway.

Kired first saw those massive bubbles you see street performers have with the soapy water and rope? Needless to say Kired was blown away by how cool it was.

Another inktober drawing I am happy with is this one.

Lance is a longstanding blacksmith, and he works with all sorts of metals. However, his personal favourite will always be gold.

99% of my inktober sketches are unshowable for a number of reasons, (embarrassing fanart), (comic spoilers)...

But here's one I feel proud of.

And it's 100% canon that Millicent would be continuously decked to the 9s. She'd be in all her finery (which she has a lot of) all the time if that wasn't difficult to draw for every panel. ...Just use your imaginations.

I Finally finished chapter .... 1. Sorry for the delays, I'm 100% recovered now! I'm 3/4 of the way through all the surgeries I've been scheduled for, and on standby for one more sinus lift. We'll see what date they spit out this time.
