Heya!! I’ve got a question for any transmasc or AFAB nonbinary people out there! Did anyone else go through a phase where they tried to be like super hypermasculine as a way to like overcompensate? Cause I remember when I first realized I was nonbinary I rejected pretty much anything “feminine”. I refused to wear makeup or dresses, I pretended to hate the color pink, I cut my hair super short, and I tried to have more “masculine” interests. I’m over that phase now and I’m proud to say that I love makeup and pink and all things society considers “girly”, but I was just wondering if this is a common experience. Also I’m not saying that you can’t be masculine and trans, I’m just wondering if any other transmasc people forced themselves to be masculine

I honestly can’t ever hate Jax, because watching TADC the last act made me realize just how similar I am to him (her?). Like on paper I’m noting like Jax but honestly if I were in the same situation, I probably would’ve turned out exactly the same. I snap easily and I’m really scared of vulnerability so I honestly think I would turn out the exact same way.

I can understand that Jax is an objectively bad person, even Gooseworx herself said so, but that doesn’t mean I can’t relate to him or like him at all.

I know that liking Jax isn’t exactly an unpopular opinion by any means, but I still feel the need to justify why I don’t hate him even after he made fun of all the characters Traumas at the start of the episode.

It’s so weird being openly LGBTQ on the internet. Cause on one hand it’s awesome that I get to be openly LGBT and find a community here so easily, but on the other hand I feel like there’s so much queer culture I’m not a part of. Like there’s so many weird stereotypes that it always feels like I’m not the right “kind” of gay. And don’t even get me started on all the infighting in the LGBTQ community… I constantly feel like I’m not “gay enough” or I’m not “trans enough”. Especially considering the fact that I’m an amab Demiboy.
