He's coming to an end and regret causing the pain to others through his pen. Here in this particular verse, Em has controlled himself and pulled him out of his drug addiction of past. "Chop Suey!" Originally titled as "Suicide" is the first single by American Band "System of a Down" for their second studio album "Toxicity". The band changed the title to make it radio-friendly.Though in some versions Serj can be heard saying " We're rolling suicide" before the guitar riffs. The song is about how we are regarded differently depending on how wepass. Everyone deserves to die. Like, if I were now to die from drug abuse, they might say I deserved it because I abused dangerous drugs. Hence the line, 'I cry when angels deserve to die'.
