Fairy Tail anime, you disappoint me for the last time. I have been waiting for this one moment for over a year. There have been other moments where you simply failed to make as awe inspiring as the manga. I'm talking about Laxus' big moment of badassery where he quotes Natsu "I'm getting fired up." while severely injured. The manga does a much better job of painting Laxus as the underdog and showing of just how powerful both Laxus and Jura is. While the anime disposition of the scene shows a much more mild scene. The music is dull and doesn't stand out, it makes no attempt to instill any feeling into the viewer.  A comparison of both.

Ugh... such disappointment. I'm feeling very turned off from the anime right now. I don't even want to think about how shitty they'll treat Urtear's big scene.
