Based on a convo with @ryzselo , imagining what it would be like if Tim escaped Hyperion and was there during Tales, watching it all unfold from afar (for the time being). Tim would probably be hunting for survival, obviously trying to hide his face cause people down there still resent Jack for what he did. Then, as if by fate, a Hyperion dummy falls out of the heavens (and right in front of him). The ex-doppelganger can't help but call it love at first sight.
