I'm definitely sad, feels like a chapter is closing for good. I haven't used cherubplay in a good while but it's a weird feeling to know that I can't go back to it, it used to be such a big part of my life. Thnx for all the good times ✌️

Today marks 1 year since Cherubplay opened to the public. In celebration of this, here are some stats:
There are currently 8,768 active user accounts, and around 3,000 send a message each month. Normally around 30 new accounts are created each day, but there are often spikes when MSPARP has downtime - the extreme being the beginning of March when MSPARP went down for around a week, and there were around 1,500 signups in 1 day.
14,752,930 messages have been sent, of which 3,235,703 are OOC chat. The most popular text colours are Dave/ARquiusprite red (1,889,711 messages), Cancer grey (1,595,485 messages), Basic black (1,361,471 messages) and John/Tavrisprite blue (1,250,192) messages, which suggests that Dave, Karkat and John are the most popular characters. Either that or everyone really loves Tavrisprite.
277,615 chats have been created. This is an average of 32 chats per account, and 53 mesages per chat. The three longest chats on Cherubplay have 29,797 messages (a high school AU with Terezi and Vriska), 29,765 messages (started with Sawtooth as a parent, but soon turned into an OOC chat) and 29,356 messages (a Rose/Vriska NaP).
29 users have posted the Bee Movie script a total of 101 times. Fuck every single one of you.

i’m so tired that i nearly had a character say “ufdah” which is both confusing for anyone not in the region i live in and sort of embarrassingly out of character.
