Mostly liquids today!
Started out by chugging a full one of these babies: water infused with strawberries and lemon
“Dinner” was a very small bowl of chinese sweet bean soup, basically water and very sweet.
And lastly, a mug of London Fog (condensed milk as the cream)

4/15/2014 Intake
My favorite breakfast now, especially for my burning acid-ridden stomach, is a bowl of Bran cereal drizzled with dark honey and a single fresh sliced strawberry. Paired with a small cup of coffee with Bailey’s creamer.
Then packed lunch for school in my Star Trek lunch box. Made a pastrami sandwich and took a Fuji apple for good measure. Turns out it wasn’t that sweet, boo. Only ate ¾ of the apple.
Trying my best to stop eating after 6pm!
4/2 intake
At 2am I had a couple spoonfuls of dill relish because nausea.
Breakfast: cereal with 1% milk, drizzled with honey and a big fresh squishy strawberry. And a cup of coffee with Bailey’s creamer.
Salad with two slices pastrami, one hardboiled egg, one artichoke heart, a couple tomato slices, lite ceasar dressing.
Approx three tablespoons creamy peanut butter and a little bag of popcorn.

4/1 intake
A fresh strawberry/cantaloupe/kiwi/blueberry/banana smoothie. 10 oz probably.
3/21 Intake
Dry fasted all day for disco dancing in downtown. Outfit:
Stomach is bloated :( Afterwards around 4am, a friend concocted homemade cinnamon/butter hotcakes and buttered bread with creamy scrambled eggs atop. Some diet. Fail. But tasty fail.
Burned 4304895239874497 calories sweating on that disco groove!
3/20 Intake
Enjoying a mug of Gevalia coffee with Bailey's vanilla creamer again before skewl.
Fresh strawberries, a peach cup, and chocolate PB2 blended into a small smoothie. Topped with whipped cream.
Lettuce wraps filled with pastrami, hard salami, whipped cream cheese, Laughing Cow spread, purple onion, dill relish, Colby jack cheese, full fat mayo, and black pepper. And a cold hardboiled egg.
Two tablespoons creamy peanut butter with one tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips, melted and with a drizzle of dark honey. Paired with a very very bad thing called Ritz crackers.
And today was supposed to be a liquid fast LMAO... sigh. Tomorrow is a dry fast because going clubbing again - disco house show in downtown Dallas! But after today's intake, my belly will be floppin everywhere.

3/19 Intake
A mug of Gevalia coffee laced with Bailey's creamer. Hadn't had that in possibly a year. Not pictured.
Only meal of the day - filling peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate chip sandwiches made from toasted cloud bread and drizzled with honey.
3/18 Intake
Huge eggy bacon bunless burger for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Tried out my circle shape this time.
Then a sugar-free chocolate flourless mug cake with a giant marshmallow and whipped cream.
3/17 Intake
Blended fresh strawberries, half a peach cup, and a teaspoon of chocolate PB2. Too thick for a straw.
Lunch between class: pastrami, hard salami, one bacon, Laughing Cow, Colby jack
A little slice of paleo Shepherds Pie with cauliflower mash! Ground beef, onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms, sugar-free tomato sauce! I took a different slice than the one pictured here.
Snack: three cheese dogs, mayo, onions, mustard
Then DRINKS (totally not any diet)
3/16 Intake
A bunless burger from a local joint (basically a thin meat patty, two slices of bacon, bits of onion and tomato, and a packet of full fat mayo). Not pictured.
Diet cocoa with non-diet giant marshmallows.
Two tablespoons peanut butter, sugar-free dark chocolate chips, sea salt mixed together and microwaved.
3/15 Intake
Went out into downtown tonight. Dry fasted until hitting Plush, then sipped on pineapple juice since I was DD. Then (womp womp) I totally ingested around 1,000 calories of Whataburger! But I can't believe it was only 1,000 calories! I'm actually a bit proud *tear*
My outfit. My collarbones are showing somewhat nicely :)
3/14 Intake
Won't post calories or carbs. Just food photos. Much simpler and better.
Water fasted yesterday. Broke with bulletproof coffee and a very tiny strawberry/peach/PB2 smoothie.
Dinner was lettuce, pastrami, hard salami, colby jack cheese, mayo, onions, Laughing Cow spread, and a bit of smoked sausage.
I just bought the PB2, so I tried using a lot of it today. I dumped three birthday cake-flavored keto ice cream cubes into a bowl, added two tablespoons whipped cream, mixed with a half a tablespoon of chocolate PB2, then sprinkled some sugar-free dark chocolate chips and like six macadamia nuts. SO GOOD.
Next time, more nuts and less chocolate chips. Or maybe I'll sprinkle some salt on top.
Tomorrow, dry fasting because clubbing ;)

3/12 Intake: stuff and MSG
Chinese blood runs through my veins. I have to eat these things every so often or else I will die a horrendous death.
3/10 Intake: 707 cals // 1 carb
Too much protein but it's the only meal of the day... except for a La Madeleine fruit tart later on :)
