In this photo, left to right, are: Charles Haslup, music professor and Assistant to three Towson Presidents; Thomas G. Pullen, who served as the State Superintendent of Schools for Maryland from 1942 until 1964; Joan Briskin who served as Assistant to the President; and Towson State University President, James. L. Fisher. Fisher’s signature at the top of this photo congratulates Haslup on the event itself.
