Plaintiffs’ subpoena the Defendant(s) for Depositions and, as we saw last week, to testify during the presentation of the Plaintiff’s case.

During both the Plaintiff’s deposition sessions and the courtroom presentation, the Defense attorney’s will cross-examine the Plaintiff’s witnesses to challenge their credibility.

The Defense attorney’s don’t cross-examine their own client’s credibility or narrative, obviously.

In the Defense Presentation the Plaintiff (the State’s attorney) will seek to challenge the Trumps’ narratives. As the State has already done by coming up with a document from the Trump archives which contradicts the sworn testimony spilling from their mouths.

This should be good. I can’t wait to read what Defense Narrative Don Jr. Is going to credibly add to “I do not recall” or “I didn’t even understand what I was signing”.
