hear me out. the rowlatt act (1919) passed by the british government allowed political prisoners to be detained for upto 2 years without a trial. umar khalid has been detained and its been 5 years, still no trial??
UAPA prima facie rule. Under Section 43D(5) of the UAPA, a judge cannot grant bail if the police's initial paperwork appears "prima facie true. You can read more here
The 200-page chargesheet alleged that Khalid had ‘remotely controlled’ the riots that had killed 53 people in North East Delhi in February.
Governments will come and go, parties will rise and fall. But Umar Khalid should rot behind bars, come what may.
Golden words to live by

Then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me”
Holy shit the victim complex is genuinely insane like??? I wanna know under which rock y'all live lmfao. I do agree with the students thing but genuinely what all bs are u spouting???
Let's start from the beginning like actually
>first they came for Moslems
Partition was demanded by Moslems, who and how did anyone exactly "come" from them..??
Every other day some terrorist module is bursted.
Illegal land occupied is taken back that deff means they're coming after moslem BROOOO trust me
Rohingyon ko unki country main wapis bhej diya toh muhh Human rights violation ho gaya kyunki Mera desh toh Dharamshala hai bc
>They came for Dalits
They came for Dalits by giving them welfare and a gazillion 'yojanas' right. Bank loans between ₹10 lakh and ₹1 crore for at least one Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) borrower per bank. India woh country hai jisme loan bhi caste dekhke milta hai
Every political party is literally fighting for Dalit vote bank, who can give more reservation, more appeasement.
Reservation on the basis of Domicile
Reservation on the basis of caste
Reservation on basis of Institutions
Reservation on the basis of Linguistic minorities
Reservations for transgender people
Entire motive of the Hindutva movement was to counter the caste System and increase Hindu unity but nhi bhaiii wahan -40 number wale ko qualify kar rhe hain uske upar toh muh hi nhi khulta kisi ka!!!
this is one of those posts where every sentence starts with complete confidence and ends with you accidentally proving you don't know the history you're citing.
"partition was demanded by muslims."
the muslim league demanded partition. not "muslims." over 35 million muslims stayed in india. they consciously chose to become indian citizens. they fought in our armed forces, voted, paid taxes, served in parliament, the judiciary, everywhere. you don't inherit guilt because someone with the same religion made a political demand 80 years ago. otherwise every hindu today gets blamed for godse. that's obviously ridiculous.
"terrorist modules are busted every other day."
...yes? that's literally what police and intelligence agencies are supposed to do. they arrest criminals. unless your argument is that every muslim should forever be viewed through the lens of terrorism because of a handful of extremists, you've made no point here. "the police arrested terrorists" is not evidence that ordinary muslims aren't profiled or discriminated against.
"illegal land is taken back."
except people aren't complaining about removing illegal encroachments. they're talking about bulldozers becoming a form of public punishment before conviction. due process exists for a reason. if the state can skip courts because it feels like it, that should worry everyone, not just the people you dislike.
"rohingyas should go back."
go back...where? to the military that ethnically cleansed them? this is exactly why refugee law exists. you don't have to support open borders to understand the difference between an illegal immigrant and someone fleeing persecution. people deliberately flatten those distinctions because it's politically convenient.
and then we get to dalits.
"they came for dalits? they got loans and schemes."
this is genuinely such a weird argument because by this logic discrimination ended the moment the government printed a brochure.
dalits still face caste atrocities every single year. manual scavenging still exists despite being illegal. people are still murdered for intercaste marriages. housing discrimination exists. school discrimination exists. workplace discrimination exists. the existence of welfare doesn't magically erase social realities.
and reservation isn't some random act of generosity. it's literally a constitutional remedy because caste systematically denied education, property, political representation and employment to entire communities for centuries.
"india is the only country where loans are based on caste."
yeah...because india is one of the only countries with a caste system on this scale. public policy generally responds to the problems that actually exist. shocking concept, i know.
then you list domicile reservation, institutional reservation, linguistic reservation, transgender reservation, caste reservation like it's some massive gotcha.
those exist for completely different constitutional reasons. you've basically made a list of policies and gone "look! there are policies!" okay? and? they don't all exist for the same purpose.
and then my favourite bit:
"the entire motive of hindutva was to counter the caste system."
this is probably the easiest claim to debunk because the history is public.
savarkar wanted hindu consolidation. he opposed untouchability because untouchability weakened hindu political unity, not because he believed ambedkar's project of annihilating caste. those are two very different things.
golwalkar openly defended the varna system as a social order. the RSS has historically resisted caste census. organisations within the sangh ecosystem have repeatedly opposed expanding reservations. if hindutva's founding purpose was to dismantle caste, why is there so much discomfort every single time caste data or caste inequality enters the conversation?
ambedkar himself never accepted that "hindu unity" solved caste. he wrote Annihilation of Caste, publicly burned the Manusmriti, and ultimately left hinduism altogether because he believed caste was inseparable from its social order. if hindutva had already cracked the code, i doubt the man who drafted the constitution would've reached that conclusion.
and honestly the funniest thing about this post is the logic.
"there are schemes for dalits, therefore discrimination doesn't exist."
cool.
then unemployment doesn't exist because employment schemes exist.
corruption doesn't exist because we have anti-corruption laws.
rape doesn't exist because it's illegal.
poverty doesn't exist because ration cards exist.
that's genuinely the level of reasoning here. every structural problem apparently disappears the second the government launches a yojana.
if only reality worked like a press release.
>partition was demanded by muslim league
And who supported it huh?? Who started the damn riots???
Fyi there was a separate electorate ONLY for Moslems at the time
Jinnah’s Muslim League (ML)went into the polls with a single-point agenda of partition and the Muslim voters ALSO responded with enthusiasm, delivering a crushing victory for ML across all provinces, thereby paving the way for partition. The party won an overwhelming 75% of the Muslim votes and 87% of the Muslim seats, and except for NWFP, its minimum seat share was 82%.
YET 85% of the moslems who voted for Pakistan stayed back in India.
Not only this, several of those who left ALSO CAME BACK.
>Rohingyas should stay cuz of Open persecution.
Then why was your lot against CAA? Rohingyas despite being Moslems are getting persecuting in Bangladesh, interesting. I wonder why even Malaysia doesn't want them in their country.
But what's more interesting is, acc to this post, Moslems in India get persecuted so fcking much!! I wonder why more moslems wanna jump the border to come here if they get oppressed here🤔🤔
>this is not the argument what ordinary moslems arent discriminated against
I wonder why is that lol
Ahh yes torch bearer of equality Ambedkar who justified Criminal Tribes Act😮💨
Ambedkar who distanced himself from Dalit Varga Sangha who accused him for playing unfair and having biases for his own community lmfoao
>Ambedkar believed caste was inseparable from Hinduism
I wonder why Caste never became a huge problem in places outside of India, like Bali, Mauritius or Suriname🤔🤔
I ALSO wonder why Caste is a thing ONLY practiced in the ENTIRE subcontinent by all people alike and not just Hindus
I ALSO wonder why Ambedkar converted to Buddhism when Buddhism itself never rejected the concept of Caste🤔🤔
>India is the only country with a caste system on this scale
Also Ambedkar and Moslem bootlicking is gold LMFAOO given how deeply Islamophobic Ambedkar was cuz Moslems gave him discriminatory treatment lolol
Uhh no get your facts right actually. India is the only country where a social problem is politicised to get Votes. Hierarchical systems have been part of almost every civilisation and some still practice prejudice yet these systems never got politicised
Can u explain to me why a rich SC/ST student living in a tier one city, having a financially stable background still entitled to academic concession and ab awfully low qualification criteria??
By your logic poor GC students don't exist, so are u sure u aren't being the casteist one??
And not only this let's get into facts
UP report shows most SC/ST acts are filed against Yadavs and Moslems
Yadavs are OBCs, yet privileged why do they get reservation?
Jatts in Haryana are GCs but the Same Jatt in UP is entitled to reservation, wtf is this?
Why did u ignore reservation on domicile part??just saying it's diff policy doesn't explain it, I was talking abt reservation in general.
Valmiki's have been demanding 100% reservations in SWEEPING POSTS ffs
Yesterday Bhumihars who are infact a well to do community were demanding reservations in sansad. Sabko hi de dete hain na
>Dalits were not given right to study
How strange, 1931 caste census say
*73% Brahmins were illiterate in 1931.
*Most students documented in the British era were from 'Shudra' castes.
So funny how y'all NEVER highlight the incaste discrimination bw Mahars and Matangs and so on..??
Show me a single place where I said discrimination doesn't exist. Explain how the reservation system is uplifting them when creamy layer very much exists.
Y'all agree Paper leaks are horrible cuz they give opportunity to kids who are unqualified, why not the same energy for reservations? Dyk a good percentage of kids who get admission on the basis of reservations end up taking a drop and then those seats go to waste???? What's your justification for this??
And I haven't forgotten what all u said when I asked abt Umar Khalid and Free Kashmir thing, I ain't letting it go alr😋
with that ghatiya logic, technically all uc deserve the supposed "unfairness" of reservations and ugc bill. didnt gc uphold and support caste system for 2000 years? that was toh 100% support.
bhai, this is what happens when your bibliography is just screenshots from twitter and a couple of out-of-context ambedkar quotes.
"if muslims are so oppressed, why do they come to india?" because migration isn't a human rights ranking, yaar. people flee places that are worse while still facing discrimination where they arrive. by that logic racism doesn't exist in the us because millions immigrate there. see how dumb that sounds? and rohingyas are literally muslim, they were literally being excluded from qualifying from asylum because of that, dumbfuck. and the caa point is such a self-own. people opposed religion-based citizenship, not helping refugees. if persecution is your standard, then why exclude persecuted muslim groups like rohingyas and ahmadis?
then you pull out "ambedkar was islamophobic" like you've unlocked some secret achievement. arre wah. now finish the reading instead of stopping at the one paragraph you liked. the same ambedkar wrote annihilation of caste, where he tears apart hinduism's caste structure from the roots. cherry-picking quotes to support your own biases.
the caste point is genuinely funny because you're arguing against something nobody said. yes, caste exists among south asian muslims, christians, sikhs and buddhists today. nobody serious denies that. the question has always been where did the system originate and become institutionalised? social institutions don't disappear because someone changes religion.
and please stop abusing the 1931 census because you've clearly never read the tables. saying "73% of brahmins were illiterate" without comparing them to everyone else is such a cheap statistic. colonial india was overwhelmingly illiterate. the actual comparison shows brahmins were still among the most literate castes. context matters. warna koi bhi random number uthake expert ban jayega.
the "poor gc students exist" point is another strawman. obviously they do. reservation was never introduced as an anti-poverty scheme. it's affirmative action for communities excluded from education and representation. if you want universal economic welfare too, good. argue for that. one policy existing doesn't magically cancel the other.
and comparing reservation to paper leaks... lmao. one is literal cheating. the other is a constitutional policy debated for decades, amended, litigated and repeatedly upheld with modifications by courts. you can oppose reservation if you want, but pretending it's the same as exam fraud is just plain stupid.
the funniest part is you saying caste is "only politicised for votes." bhai, politicians didn't invent caste. they exploited a hierarchy that existed long before elections did. if caste was just election propaganda, people wouldn't still be marrying within caste, committing violence over caste, demanding caste certificates, or fighting over caste representation. politicians didn't create that reality.
this whole essay has the energy of someone who googled "ambedkar contradictions", found a few quotes that sounded spicy, sprinkled in "1931 census" every third paragraph hoping nobody would verify it, and called it research. confidence is free, i guess.
whats your point, bitch? umar khalid is like a new stim kya? either way 2 of the videos submitted as evidence against him were doctored.
no weapons recovered from him. no evidence placing him at riot sites during the violence. no direct communication publicly shown linking him to people carrying out attacks. the most discussed evidence remains speeches, whatsapp groups, witness statements, and allegations of coordination.
the funniest part is watching people insist umar khalid is some hardcore separatist as if they've uncovered india's bin laden, when their entire evidence folder is basically "bro, remember jnu?"
the 2016 jnu case? no conviction. some of the most viral videos? later found to be doctored or misleading. but once whatsapp university hands out a degree in criminal law, who needs courts anymore?
now they're acting like he was caught running an insurgent network. he wasn't. the delhi riots case itself isn't even a separatism case. apparently "i don't like this guy's speeches" has magically evolved into "therefore he must be a secessionist."
look, if the prosecution proves its case, convict him. that's literally what trials are for. but five years in jail while the trial crawls along isn't "justice." it's outsourcing punishment to the calendar.
the same people screaming "due process" the second it's someone they like suddenly become "arre bhai vibes se hi jail mein rakho" when it's someone they don't. fascinating how constitutional values turn into seasonal allergies.
you can think his politics were reckless. you can think parts of the anti-caa movement became inflammatory. you can even think he might eventually be convicted.
what you can't honestly do is pretend "he hasn't been convicted, but let's treat him like he already has" is some profound commitment to law and order.
i wish you were this akin on anti terror when it came to col. purohit and sadhvi pragya. they literally allegedly killed hemant karkare and blamed it on kasab. hemant karakare's death site was never even visited by kasab. https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/maharashtra/congress-leader-wadettiwar-claims-ex-ats-chief-karkare-was-killed-by-policeman-linked-to-rss-and-not-kasab/article68142560.ece
Holding a person born post 2000s responsible for medieval history is a wild level of delusion. so u agree u just want institutional revenge??
Ok by that logic I should be allowed to hold vendetta against a particular community who
But that's not easy it is? Because the SC/ST THEMSELVES are against giving reservations to other caste people LMFAOOO
And no dear, not everyone is a whatsapp insta university graduate, some of us read actual books, you should try picking one some day, great experience.
>ppl flee places that are worst..
Migrating to a truly 'anti-Muslim' nation would be suicidal for refugees, not a calculated risk. Ppl flee to India because its constitutional and legal framework guarantees them safety and religious freedom that institutionalized racism or apartheid states do not, call it what it is.
>Ambedkar tears apart hindu caste system
So funny the same Ambedkar was justifying criminal tribes act by the British, why did u ignore that part huh? Didn't know you can annihilate caste by being casteist against Matangs, and instead of apologising you separate yourself from the DVS bc other bs leaders called ur bs out.
So weird how Ambedkar didn't see any casteism in Buddhism, despite it being very much ingrained in the religion.
And no it is right to compare paper leaks with reservation cuz at the very core both give opportunities to ppl who are qualified??? What's not clicking??
>where did the system originate
Oh no u tell me. If caste is the DNA of Hinduism, explain why Hindus in Bali, Mauritius, and Suriname practice the religion perfectly fine without any toxic hierarchy???? Did they lose the recipe, or does your logic just fall apart outside of South Asia???
>colonial India was very illiterate and Brahmins were still the most literate
Now why did u ignore the part where I said number of backward castes was higher in schools?
And so u agree that overwhelming majority of people, irrespective of caste did not receive formal education bc the economic structure of society did not require or support universal literacy?? Literacy was primarily a specialised and utilitarian skill. It was useful for maintaining records, administering revenue, conducting trade, managing accounts and performing religious or bureaucratic functions. The overwhelming majority of peasants, artisans and labourers across social groups worked in occupations where formal literacy had limited immediate economic value. So when in the core it did not serve much purpose, the idea that one group enjoyed universal access to a modern education system for thousands of years while another group was systematically excluded from it is misleading, yes or no??? For most of that period, there was no such mass education system to be universally accessed in the 1st place???
>people wouldn't be marrying in the same caste
Toh kaun nhi kar rha ye bhi toh dekhle
>reservation was never introduced as a poverty elimination scheme
Theek hai na fir, puri fees bhar, stop accepting financial concessions.
"Trust Mee vroooo all evidence was fabricated, bas Mere paw paw umar khalid hi sahi hai. Umar Khalid ki social media posts fabricated hain, umar khali ki speeches fabricated hain"
Agar fair trial chahiye, why don't you ask HIS lawyers why are they delaying the process??
His own lawyer had pushed the case because they themselves lack the required documents and evidences
Over that he was in groups which called for violence in Delhi protest which turned it into riot and killingss
The group had various texts from the admins about making petrol bomb Using the burkhas to carry weapons Bringing red chilli powder and many other
>they literally allegedly killed Hemant
Are u fucking retarded? Do u hear yourself?? "Literally" and "allegedly" LMFAOOO
Bring solid Evidence then start yapping.
Brahmins oppressed moolnivasi for 5000 years because Aryan invasion theory but Muslims who were doing Khilafat, who were Razakars and who were voting for Muslim League were choosing India although the British administration kept a census of it. Source: trust me bro.
This @vishakhas-stuff @kamalkafool @peanutbutterapplechocolate are really good at rage baiting. They keep their cool, claim they're teen agers although they are likely 40 yo. and then they subtly threaten to kill you in West Bengal 2021 post poll violence style - but act all UwU we're so innocent teenagers we'll use Claude to look for your digital footprint UwU. The funny thing is this Commiechods will be lynched by Muslims if they try go preach them shit. I far prefer a Muslim Islamist in fact than a Commiechod, because Islamists have honor unlike commies
Tankies shld stick to mindlessly doing mujra with their dhaplis ngl. Dealing with snippets from actual books is out of syllabus for them, hence they display their limited vocabulary and project by calling others Andhbhakts

and comparing reservation to paper leaks... lmao. one is literal cheating. the other is a constitutional policy debated for decades, amended, litigated and repeatedly upheld with modifications by courts. you can oppose reservation if you want, but pretending it's the same as exam fraud is just plain stupid.
the funniest part is you saying caste is "only politicised for votes." bhai, politicians didn't invent caste. they exploited a hierarchy that existed long before elections did. if caste was just election propaganda, people wouldn't still be marrying within caste, committing violence over caste, demanding caste certificates, or fighting over caste representation. politicians didn't create that reality.
this whole essay has the energy of someone who googled "ambedkar contradictions", found a few quotes that sounded spicy, sprinkled in "1931 census" every third paragraph hoping nobody would verify it, and called it research. confidence is free, i guess.
whats your point, bitch? umar khalid is like a new stim kya? either way 2 of the videos submitted as evidence against him were doctored.
no weapons recovered from him. no evidence placing him at riot sites during the violence. no direct communication publicly shown linking him to people carrying out attacks. the most discussed evidence remains speeches, whatsapp groups, witness statements, and allegations of coordination.
the funniest part is watching people insist umar khalid is some hardcore separatist as if they've uncovered india's bin laden, when their entire evidence folder is basically "bro, remember jnu?"
the 2016 jnu case? no conviction. some of the most viral videos? later found to be doctored or misleading. but once whatsapp university hands out a degree in criminal law, who needs courts anymore?
now they're acting like he was caught running an insurgent network. he wasn't. the delhi riots case itself isn't even a separatism case. apparently "i don't like this guy's speeches" has magically evolved into "therefore he must be a secessionist."
look, if the prosecution proves its case, convict him. that's literally what trials are for. but five years in jail while the trial crawls along isn't "justice." it's outsourcing punishment to the calendar.
the same people screaming "due process" the second it's someone they like suddenly become "arre bhai vibes se hi jail mein rakho" when it's someone they don't. fascinating how constitutional values turn into seasonal allergies.
you can think his politics were reckless. you can think parts of the anti-caa movement became inflammatory. you can even think he might eventually be convicted.
what you can't honestly do is pretend "he hasn't been convicted, but let's treat him like he already has" is some profound commitment to law and order.
i wish you were this akin on anti terror when it came to col. purohit and sadhvi pragya. they literally allegedly killed hemant karkare and blamed it on kasab. hemant karakare's death site was never even visited by kasab. https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/maharashtra/congress-leader-wadettiwar-claims-ex-ats-chief-karkare-was-killed-by-policeman-linked-to-rss-and-not-kasab/article68142560.ece
Bring solid Evidence then start yapping.

all this yapping when china literally has affirmative action for ethnic minorities, preferential university admissions, and regional quotas for underdeveloped provinces. turns out you don't magically climb development indices by pretending inequality doesn't exist. you climb them by industrialising, investing in infrastructure, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and actually having a long-term economic strategy. blaming every problem on reservations is just what people do when they need a scapegoat instead of an explanation. but hey, why let facts interrupt a good superiority complex?

Things that don't matter to you but to the millions
Bharatiya Janta:
“First they came for the Muslims And I did not speak out Because I was not a Muslim Then they came for the Dalits And I did not speak out Because I was not a Dalit Then they came for the trans people And I did not speak out Because I was not a trans person Then they came for the students And I did not speak out Because I was not a student
Life is strange. A small clique of people on Indian tumblr have accused me of being 1) islamophobe (Yes, talking about attacks against Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh and abroad is apparently islamophobia), 2) anti-LGBT (I dare anyone to look for any anti-LGBT content on my page) and 3) anti-minority (again, where?), all because I started openly speaking against Hinduphobia and anti-India racism after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. This clique of Indian leftists have been sending me death threats and sexual harassment in my inbox for months, abusing the anonymous messaging option. They've gone to other people's inboxes to drag my name and send them hate messages too. The strangest thing is that some moots (not all, but those who did you know who you are) have DMed me, asking me to post about various issues because "they appreciate my knowledge". So, I used my free time to post things they wanted me to post about, but as soon as I got attacked, and I defended myself, these moots started unfollowing me and telling me to behave because I'm apparently losing credibility. I even defended these mutuals against people who attacked them, but this is what I get. You cowards. You are peer-pressured fools who seek validation from the same people who would love to see you dead because to them you're still a Bhakt. And in the process, you taught me a valuable lesson about loyalty and conditionality of it.
Bonus: these are your activists, dawg.
For me, Shri Narayana is my witness. If the gods decide, you will get your karmaphal.
Gems of Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar (1)
Babasaheb Bhimrao Rao Ambedkar was a staunch feminist.
Here's an expert from his speech in the Nagpur Session
English Translation
Ambedkar was so much into women empowerment & liberation that he said:
1. It is very shameful that women are joining politics leaving their own gender responsibilities.
2. Maharashtrian women are only left to open up their saree now given their participation in politics. They are so shameless.
3. If women go to parliament will their husband cook food for them? Will their husband take care of home & kids.
Ambedkar ji was such a feminist that he believed women’s duty is to only cook for their husbands & do household chores & take care of kids. And it’s a matter of shame that women are joining parliament. Next they will open up their sarees.
Not only this, our staunch feminist sir also shamed a woman for writing letters to our first PM Jawahar Lal Nehru ji.
Tr: His policy has completely collapsed. I've received some letters. The content of those letters is about the Prime Minister. It's a matter of great shame that the letter writer is a Maharashtrian woman.
In the letter, she mentions Nehru, saying "our this," "our that," saying, "He will do this," "He will do that," etc. When I was in the cabinet, I used to receive letters from a woman in Baroda. In them, she called me "Bhauji" (brother-in-law or elder brother-in-law).
Perhaps she considered Jawaharlal Nehru her husband. I burned two or three letters. I've kept one. At the party Nehru threw for me after I resigned, I noticed Nehru mingling with strange people. I pulled his coat sleeve to get his attention and showed him the letter I had with me.

Did you know?
While Babasaheb's first wife was sick in India Babasaheb was having an affair with a white woman.
He used to send his sidechic money for her kids but couldn't spare a dime for his sick wife and kids. Even the white woman accused him of infidelity in her letters.

hello everyone, please consider reporting @vishakhas-stuff because this account is instigating several people to attack me when these people have repeatedly come to my posts to gaslight me. Typical tactic, when they're losing the argument they start crying about "hate content" and "targeting minorities" (never did that. Calling out someone for supporting re-trial for mass murderers like Ajmal Kasab is not hate speech).
The audacity of this bitch when she was literally wishing me with death threats when I asked her about her views on Umar Khalid and Free Kashm1r lmfaoo???
Since the fight for students' rights is going on, can the torch bearer of democracy and Student's rights, CJP, also raise the issue of reservations??
When a student scoring 620 misses out on a seat while far lower scores secure admission, hard work is completely devalued. This artificial bottleneck pushes high-achievers into a state of absolute hopelessness.
You cannot talk about student well-being without addressing how the current system actively punishes merit.
I hope CJP supporters see the logic here too. After all it’s all for the education system isn’t it ? 🤷🏻♀️
The fact that they cry over EVERY criticism of that party despite Right Wingers repeatedly supporting resignation of Pradhan AND Gadkari shows who's the real "andhbhakt" lol, zero critical thinking skills, it's embarassing.
Aap logo ko brahmanvaad samaj bhi chahiye. Aapko reservation bhi hatani hai. Ek side ke toh ho jao pehle. Remove caste system and then talk about removing reservation.
Oh no no no. Mujhe casteless future chahiye. Don't impose your fantasies onto others. I want no caste no reservation since day one.
It is Babasaheb ka samvidhan that's keeping it well and alive. Babasaheb ka samvidhan makes caste discrimination illegal only on the surface. But Babasaheb ka samvidhan allows caste discrimination on the basis of domicile, on the basis of caste, on the basis of Economic background.
Casteism only exists in individuals mindset, reservation is an actual system.
Well, for those who supports CJP
Here, a screenshot btw:
