If you're in the Washington DC area, there is an emergency protest being held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, where the very same RSF leaders US officials are condemning on X/Twitter are sitting comfortably. The US is complict in this genocide by supplying weapons to the UAE to sell to the RSF. People in El Fashir and all across Sudan are being murdered with American issued weapons.
Call and write to your congress members to demand an end to US funding of genocide in Sudan.
The crisis in Sudan is dire. More than 60,000 people are dead, an estimated 12 million are displaced, and famine is spreading. Despite an in

Zionists have murdered one of the greatest journalists of all time.
Anas Al-Sharif will forever be remembered for his heroism, for his courage, for his sacrifice.
Today Israel killed beloved journalist Anas al-Sharif. May he be the light of Revolution.
americans making this shit about them “WHAT ABOUT ME OMG WHATS GONNA HAPPEN TO US” nothing. you know who’s gonna suffer? iranians. iran’s ppl will suffer from this, not us. u guys aren’t the ones that are fucked. iranians are. not us. not everything is about us.
"This is Hossam’s team, and we are sharing his final message :
“If you’re reading this, it means I have been killed—most likely targeted—by the Israeli occupation forces. When this all began, I was only 21 years old—a college student with dreams like anyone else. For past 18 months, I have dedicated every moment of my life to my people. I documented the horrors in northern Gaza minute by minute, determined to show the world the truth they tried to bury. I slept on pavements, in schools, in tents—anywhere I could. Each day was a battle for survival. I endured hunger for months, yet I never left my people’s side.
By God, I fulfilled my duty as a journalist. I risked everything to report the truth, and now, I am finally at rest—something I haven’t known in the past 18 months . I did all this because I believe in the Palestinian cause. I believe this land is ours, and it has been the highest honor of my life to die defending it and serving its people.
I ask you now: do not stop speaking about Gaza. Do not let the world look away. Keep fighting, keep telling our stories—until Palestine is free.”
— For the last time, Hossam Shabat, from northern Gaza."
One day you win an Oscar and a week later this happens to you. No comment needed. Speaks volumes about the people doing this.
hamdan ballal being kidnapped is further proof that israel tries to silence palestinians who speak out about the israeli occupation and the barbaric crimes israel commits daily. especially if those palestinians reach a wider audience like hamdan, who won an oscar for his short film about the occupation. hamdan being arrested now is not a coincidence, this is without a doubt deliberate.
captured from an ambulance. captured. from an ambulance. do not stop speaking about palestine please
let us take a moment and grieve for all the lives lost. so many thousand people have been murdered by the zionist entity in the last fifteen months. palestinians in gaza have lost too much, from friends and family to their homes and livelihood.
this ceasefire is not an end to our solidarity with gaza. we will all be here waiting and praying for palestine to be wholly liberated from the occupation and watch her people be happy and free.
in the meantime, please keep donating to palestinian fundraisers. it is essential to support families planning on rebuilding.
alaa is a mother of two young children. her fundraiser has been verified. i request you to help her by sharing and donating to her gofundme.

the most depressing part is that it's not even kamala's stance on genocide that is costing her the elections. i wish it were. it's people genuinely shifting for trump. but it's the pro-palestine movement that's going to get the blame for it.
obviously she fucked up on that front and on multiple other fronts (an understatement) but if these results have showed anything it's that the alt right white majority will never vote for a black woman even if she were perfect. but liberals will blame arabs for the faults of white nationalism and misogyny. at this point if you're blaming the pro-palestine movement and saying shit like "are you happy now? is this what you wanted?" you're just brimming with anti-arab hatred that you're desperate to release at any given opportunity
so what now? the genocide is still ongoing and the rise of fascism is unimpeded but now people will point to those most affected by it and saying "this is what you wanted, right?" and you and i could spend the next four years arguing and yelling at those people or we can do something that matters.
mahmoud needs to pay his fees in 5 days or he will fail this semester.
amal needs to meet the soaring prices of baby food in gaza for the sake of her daughter maryam.
look out for the vulnerable and watch out for the way people are venting their frustration at fascism by blaming its victims.
please reblog this version. anger without action is nothing. if you feel like this is the end of the world remember that this is just another day of the genocide for those in gaza.
9 months…
the last 2 days have been nothing but horrible and unimaginable on Gazans, just like the past 9 months have been. And the brutality of these days is making us feel as if the genocide has just started…
i think that none of us on here thought that this genocide would go on for this long especially with the quick, brave, courageous, strong & extremely powerful uprising of many peoples around the world… but sadly, we live in a world where most politicians and individuals in positions of power do not bat an eye or try to hear and understand the demands of the people.
that might make you feel hopeless, helpless and that your activism is ‘useless’ but that is untrue…
in this past week we’ve seen a change in the world, for example the win of 5 pro-palestine candidates in the UK elections, the removal of the far-right wing parties from the french government & political scene as well as statements of France’s commitment to recognizing a Palestinian state… such events should bring us hope.
so even if you see and feel that activism takes much time to give and show real and on ground results, at least in the long run, it is actually changing things for the better.
and just like step by step, people all around the world are building such a positive change, one day we will all rebuild Gaza, brick by brick.
Sometimes the media says “there are no words” to describe or justify horrific attacks on hospitals. Other times, the media has countless words to describe and justify horrific attacks on hospitals.
