If you’re queer I beg you to befriend weird kinky furries. I beg you to befriend drag queens and people that wear pup masks to pride. I beg you to befriend that kinky artist that always draws their sonas butt ass naked. We’ve seriously never felt so euphoric and understood as much as we did in communities with queer people that aren’t trying to be corporately sanitized and palatable to the masses. Also it opens up your mind to how vast and beautiful the community is, because 99% of representation that you don’t see being shunned into hiding is the same “white twink with top surgery scars slapped on” song and dance. Go look at fat queer people, go look at black queer people, go look at genderfuckery queer people, go look at disabled queer people, go look at kinky queer people.
