Deer and jackdaws.
The birds feed on ticks from the deer, and also assist in removing velvet from growing antlers.

i love my moots *continues to never interact w them bc social anxiety*
I guess this is kind of a “hot take” to certain people, but transmascs and trans men absolutely do experience misogyny.
Especially pre-transition and mid-transition.
“But that’s just because you’re assumed to be women” okay, are we still experiencing it? Is it still towards us?
And even then, it’s not “just” because of that, either. “You’ll never be a man if you cry like a woman” has been said to me before. How is that not misogynistic? That among other things, like when I dare to be GNC by presenting femininely maybe once or twice a month. “Men don’t wear makeup or skirts” has been said to me by people I thought supported me in my transition. Apply that sentence to a cis GNC man and you can agree that’s misogyny, right? So why is it suddenly not when it’s a trans man?
And then there’s the ones who admit we experience misogyny but deny that it has anything to do with our transness, and specifically being transmasc. “You just don’t want to call it misogyny because it misgenders you” okay sue us for wanting a word that doesn’t misgender us and gets the point across about transmasc oppression?
And the fucking cognitive dissonance with people who think like this. We’re Schrödinger’s Trans to them; both misogynistic toxic men and stupid little girls, depending on the narrative.
