Hey @death2thevirgin, Happy Birthday! Lots of love from your SPN Family!
“Come on Misha,” you said, holding your phone out. Misha stepped closer to you, so that his face was on the screen.
He laughed as he looked at himself, complete with dog ears and nose. As soon as his mouth opened in a smile, the tongue appeared, too.
You grinned, taking a picture, which you saved, before pressing the button down to record.
“I want everyone to know that it’s Y/N’s birthday today,” Misha said to your phone. “I hope she has the most wonderful day imaginable!” He looked toward you and you smiled up at him, loving every second of being next to him.
“Thanks, Misha,” you said genuinely. His arm wrapped around your shoulder to pull you close and then the two of you were both on the screen, complete with dog anatomy. You stopped the video from recording and saved it, before posting it to your snap story.
“Alright, now what do you want to do?” Misha asked you, looking around. “Food?”
Happy birthday @death2thevirgin! Hope your day is great! Much love from your Supernatural family!
“Hey, blondie! Get your hands off what’s mine!” your voice boomed through the cellar. Dean stood, shackled, eyes wide at the sound of your voice. “Hey, Babe. Just hang tight, okay?”
You lunged at the strange woman, knocking her off balance and you took advantage of that. She dropped her weapon, if you could call it that, and you hit her with a hard right hook. She dropped, cupping her face and you swung wide with your left leg, knocking her out.
Taking a quick inventory of the brothers wounds, you freed Sam first, then Dean. They weren’t surprised, but they were happy to see you. It wasn’t until you all arrived back at the Bunker that anyone spoke.
“So what took you so long?” Sam asked.
“Well, ya see, Sammy. Your brother decided I need a me day, so he booked me an appointment for haircut and a massage. Good thing I got the massage first, cause then I got no response from him, which,, let’s be honest, ain’t like your brother to ignore my texts or calls.
“So I got dressed and hightailed it to his location. Imagine my surprise to find you both being tortured by-who was that anyway? So I came to the rescue. What else is new? You boys are always getting yourselves into trouble,” you shrugged, opening another beer.
“I got the best, most bad ass girl in the world, Sammy. How’d’ya like that?” Dean beamed with pride as he returned to the table with a small cake.
“You got me a cake?” you gasped.
“Well, it ain’t pie, but then again, it ain’t my birthday, is it?” he leaned down to place a kiss to the top of your head.
“After all the mischief today, you remembered?” you asked, a wicked grin on your face.
“I got it before all the mischief. Even with a little fisticuffs. You totally kicked ass, woman,” he grinned at you. “Happy You Day.”

If you're a creator and you needed to hear this today:
You have no idea how many people lurk on your work. No idea how many times people go back to revisit your work. How big they smile when they simply think about your work. How fast their heart beats, how excited they get when they see that you posted something.
People are shy with their feedback. Sometimes it’s because they’re simply shy. Other times it’s because they assume you already know how great and talented you are. Could be both.
My point is, even if you barely have any likes or reblogs, don’t get discouraged. You have a lot of silent fans, but they are still your fans. Keep on creating. Because there is always someone out there who will love what you have made.

MJ ran the liner over her eyelid one more time, darkening the lid a little more, painting her eyes as dark as night. With a quick look over in the mirror she nodded, happy with the finishing touches. She turned, leaving the dank bathroom and returning to her friends at the bar. Sneaking out to meet at the local dive bar was just what she needed. Being sixteen, of course, she had her fake ID with her to ensure it would be a good night. She could feel the music vibrate in her bones; she was already a little buzzed.
After last call, MJ and her friends made their way outside, stumbling and giggling the whole way. Once outside the cool air washed over her; it was a crisp fall night, her favorite. She laughed at one of her friends jokes. She could feel him before she saw him; he was standing in the parking lot under the flickering light. She sent out a silent prayer hoping he doesn’t approach her while she was with her friends, taking off in the opposite direction.
“MJ, stop.” Sam’s loud voice carried across the empty parking lot. She pretended to not hear him, quickening her pace as her friends start to fall behind. “MJ, you need to stop.” She could tell he was getting closer as his voice got louder.
Sam caught up to her and her friends quickly, getting in front of them. When MJ tried to go around him he grabbed her shoulders, stopping her. “Why are you still doing this?”
“Excuse me, what the hell do you think you are doing?” MJ’s friend Taylor yelled at Sam. “Who the hell do you think you are? You can’t just grab her like that.”
A look of concern crossed Sam’s face as he could tell none of her friends had any idea who he was. “I am her uncle, Sam, and I need to talk to MJ in private, please.”
Taylor looked at MJ, then back to Sam. “What is he talking about MJ, you said you didn’t have any family, that you were an orphan?”
MJ just shrugged. “I basically am an orphan, my mother is dead and because of this asshole my father left and I haven’t seen him in almost five years.”
A look of understanding overcame Taylor’s face. “What do you want us to do? Want us to stay with you?”
“Honestly she doesn’t get a say in this, she is a minor in my custody and she is coming home now. I suggest if you girls don’t want me to call your parents you turn and leave now.” The irritation was evident in Sam’s voice, MJ could tell he isn’t messing around. Her friends could tell too and just shot her an apologetic look as they turned and left.
The car ride back to the bunker was long and silent, to say the least. When they arrived MJ quickly jumped out of the car, slamming the door as she ran to her room. Sam caught her easily. “MJ we need to talk, now!”
“I don’t want to talk to you, ok Sam? I am over this stupid lifestyle. The family business, huh? The only thing this business has done is take my family from me. It killed my mother, it caused my father to leave and not return and now my uncles are barely around.”
“What are you talking about MJ, I haven’t gone on a hunting trip in since you were nine.” Sam softened a little but was still fuming.
“That doesn’t matter, even though you are here you aren’t really here. You are always doing research to help Cas and Jack with whatever case they are on, I am always alone.” MJ’s voice started to break as her emotions got the better of her.
“MJ, you know what we do is important, I am doing the best I can and doing research helps but I am still able to be here with you. You have been acting out a lot this year and I have found the liquor bottles in your room. We can’t keep doing this, what happens if the next time you sneak out you don’t come home? You know what is out there; how can you be so reckless?” The desperation was thick in Sam’s voice, he hoped he could get through to her.
“Call my father Sam, call Dean. If I am such a hassle for you call him. Tell him to come home, I miss him.” MJ’s voice completely cracked as the tears started to stream down her face. “I want my daddy. Please Sam, I need him.” The sobs came freely now, she couldn’t control it.
Sam’s heart broke as he watched his niece in pain, he wished he knew how to comfort her. “I can’t do that MJ.” He wrapped his long arms around her, pulling her into a hug. “I’m sorry, you know…” She shook off his embrace and ran to her room, slamming and locking the door.
Sam stood there for a moment unsure what to do; it took a moment before he pulled out his phone dialing a familiar number. “Hey, it’s MJ.” Sam ran his hand over his face. “She needs help. I need help, I don’t know what to do anymore.”
It took about an hour, but soon Cas and Jack arrived. “Sam where is she?” Cas concern was evident.
“She ran to her room and locked the door. I don’t know what to do, Cas, she wants Dean. She is begging me to call him.”
“You can’t do that,” Cas said, pointing out the obvious.
“I know that Cas, I just don’t know what to do…” Sam’s words were cut off by the sound of glass breaking. The boys all looked at each other for a second before running towards MJ’s room. Sam tried to open the door to no avail. Another loud thud increased Sam’s concern as he started to scramble, trying to break the door down.
“Step back Sam.” Jack’s eyes started to glow gold as Sam stepped aside, almost instantly blowing the door down.
What they saw looks like a crime scene from a hunt: blood everywhere. It took Sam a moment to process what he was seeing, but when he did, he quickly found MJ in the corner of the room. She had gashes on her arms and blood was pooling quickly around her. “Why would you do this MJ?”
She was weak and could barely speak. “If you won’t call daddy, then I wanted to be with my mother.”
Everything that happened next was a blur; Cas quickly healed MJ as much as he could but when Jack stepped in to fully heal her, Sam stopped him. “We have to get her help.”
“That is what I am trying to do, help her Sam.”
“No, she needs help we can’t give her. We need to get her professional help.” Jack and Cas nodded their heads, silently agreeing.
MJ spent a few days in the hospital recovering from her wounds and once healed she was transferred to a long term psychiatric hospital. Sam stopped in to see how the transition was for her. “I know you are going to like it here MJ, they’ve got all types of activities you can do and they’ll help you finish high school.” Sam stopped when he noticed she was just staring off.
“She has been like that since they brought her here, the doctors from the hospital said that she hasn’t spoken a word or eaten since you dropped her off.” The nurse told him as she entered the room. Sam’s face was full of disappointment and sadness. “Don’t worry hun, that’s why she is here. We are gonna help her get better.”
Sam nodded, clearing his throat. “Well, I love you MJ, I really do… I'll see you in a few days and I’ll even bring Cas and Jack. I’ll see you soon.”
Later that night, MJ tossed and turned, trying to get some sleep. “Baby girl, wake up.” The voice was deep, raspy and familiar. The voice called her out by name.
MJ popped up, scanning the room; she knew that voice. “Daddy, is that you?”
Dean stepped into the light. “Yes baby girl, its me, I’m here for you.” He stepped closer to her, wrapping his arms around her. “You didn’t think I’d leave you in here did you?”
“Daddy, I’m so happy you’re here… I’ve missed you so much!” MJ’s voice was a little shaky.
“What do you say we get out of here, baby girl?” Dean pulled back, looking his daughter in the eyes. Seeing her smile, he took that as a yes and pulled her up, leading her to the exit.

The bunker was quiet since she left and for the first time in his life, Sam felt truly alone. His phone ringing pulled him from his thoughts. “Hello.”
“Hello Mr. Winchester, this is Dr. Rotherburge with Kansas State Mental Facility, I am calling because it seems your niece Mary Joanna escaped last night.”
“What do you mean she escaped?” Sam tried to hold back his anger.
“We aren’t sure how this is possible. We are an extremely secure institute and we will find her.” The woman on the other line urged.
“Call me when you find her.” Sam hung up the phone, a million things running through his head. He tried to think of a plan of action, how he could find his niece. He began to scramble, looking for his keys, thinking of where she might be. Taking a deep breath, he stopped, stepping back and realized that this was like when he left to go to college. He realized she will come home when she is ready and that gave him comfort.
This is Chapter One of my, @chelsea072498, and @death2thevirgin‘s Break the Zone challenge. We were grouped in threes and given a gif, song, and quote prompt. The gif below is one of our prompts. Look for their chapters in the next two days on their blogs, and I’ll reblog to make sure you don’t miss them!

Mary Joanna’s legs kicked back and forth a bit as she sat in her chair at the table finishing her cereal. It was Lucky Charms, her favorite.
“I like Lucky Charms,” she announces to the room. Sam turns to look at her from where he’s standing across the room at the kitchen counter, packing her lunch for school. He smiles as he watches her scoop another bite of cereal and milk into her mouth.
“Me too,” Dean replies from across the table, a happy smile on his face. “All those marshmallow bits, it makes me feel like I’m eating pie for breakfast.”
“Mmm, pie. Lots of different flavors of pie, too!” MJ agreed, picking up a few of the marshmallows onto her spoon. “The blue moons are blueberry pie, the green shamrock hats are key lime pie…”
“The red ones are cherry pie…” Dean added.
“Yeah! And the rainbow ones are like rainbow pie!” MJ continued, giggling at her own ridiculousness.
“MJ, you need to stop talking and start eating, or you’ll be late for school,” Sam reprimanded from across the room. MJ jumped, scooping more cereal onto her spoon and into her mouth.
I have some exciting news!! I have something new coming out, it is a collab with @chelsea072498 & @just-another-busy-fangirl are i am super stoked about!!! Stay tuned!
Quick Info - Misha has a party which leads to a night that changes everything for Jensen and Y/N
Word Count - 4909

@death2thevirgin requested this for my 4k celebration: Congrats! You deserve every follower you have!! Can I do a Dean request where he makes you feel better about you body image issues! Congrats again!
Hope you like sweetie!
She had gotten the work done and the brothers had killed the shifter, but Dean had noticed something in Y/N he hadn’t before. She hadn’t seemed comfortable in her own skin. In that dress. She hadn’t seemed comfortable flirting with those guys at the party. It wasn’t that Dean had exactly enjoyed seeing her do it either, but her insecurities had stopped his jealousy point blank. Did she not realize how freaking gorgeous she was?
Dean saw the tears in her eyes that night when he confronted her in her room. She was in her underwear trying to cover herself up from him. Like she didn’t deserve his gaze. Dean had no idea what to do. How to express himself in a way that would make her believe him when he told her she was breathtaking. He had no idea how to make her believe that he wanted her. That he had been in love with her, d her, for a long time. So he did something he never had before. He stepped forward and loosely grabbed her wrist, leading her hand to rest over the bulge in his pants.
“Sweetheart this. This is all for you. Boners don’t lie, Princess.”
Dean saw the shock in her eyes and instantly let go of her hand, but she didn’t move. Not until her lips crashed against his, and she let Dean spend that night and every night after that showing her how beautiful he really found her to be. Slowly, he saw her change. He saw her starting to believe him and her confidence grow. Dean had never been prouder or more turned on than tonight as he stared at his gorgeous Y/N, showing up in the door to his room wearing nothing but sexy lingerie and a seductive, real, confident smile on her face. Finally, she saw herself through his eyes.
For those of you who care, I am making a personal goal. Everything I read I will comment on. It may be useless nonsense, it maybe amazing feedback or a gif because I can’t convey anything about how I feel in words but I am determined to do it. I am the type of person who will reach out to those who matter the most to me and tell them they are amazing when I need it most because if I need it I know someone else does. It’s the same for my writing. I need it, and I know others do. So here’s to it. Tagging a few awesome, amazing, talented, sassy, writers who help me out even if they don’t know it.
