I love this tree. Specifically this one. It’s right outside my window. Finches, by the tens and twenties (of different species), come to perch and chatter and visit in this tree during the spring. The deep green of their branches and needles practically shimmers on a sunny day, and the way they hang and twist in the wind always makes me think of long, intricate braids ended with intricate beads.
