saw you say on a post that their truth is laid out in their lyrics..and it made me think of the song strong and when I first heard it, I was a super sheltered teen. I remember thinking, damn this is a very passionate and angry song. Why does louis sound like he is trying to convince someone that it's okay to have his girlfriend make him feel strong. (I knew nothing of larrie and thought they were all straight lmao). After many years, listening to it now is SUCH a wild feeling. And the fact that on four, happily comes right after strong 🙃 I can imagine now, where these lyrics come from and just why they sound so desperate and angry. Both harry and louis were writing from such a similar place back then. I want to go back in time and give those kids a hug. It makes me so sad now because I am not so naive anymore so I get it
