I hate how the 40-hour work week was developed eighty years ago (thanks to unions), when life was significantly different, yet over the past eighty years, we've refused to adapt it to today's needs. (Probably because unions have been busted up.) I'm fucking tired of spending the majority of my waking hours at work, and then spending the rest of them either doing housework, or putting off housework that I'm too exhausted to do but still needs to be done.
