Sometimes it's just easier to eat like my coach @lesleyslifestylehabits. Salmon ( 3oz) and shrimp ( 1 oz) street tacos (mission)with slaw. . I'm really seeing the benefit of pre-logging my meals. Did this week fly by to you?🤔 . Happy Thursday! Let me tell y'all, I have been heavy on my carb intake this week. I been eating bread..2 pieces of toast everyday for breakfast. I finally realized that even though I was logging my meals, those 2 slices were 52g carbs. Yooo, that was over half my carb variable for the day. . Now I'm all blowed up because of it. I'm not sweating it and neither should you if this happens. I made the necessary adjustments this evening and kept it moving. .
