In the title Demi&Ace, is the Demi meaning Demiromantic or Demisexual or some other orientation?
Hi!
Demi is the name of one of the leads, who is indeed demisexual AND demiromantic!
Ace is the name of the other lead, who is asexual and aromantic because the series writer and creator thought she was being funny. :D

Demi & Ace is an upcoming webseries about two best friends on the asexual spectrum. Support us on Indiegogo to help us make the show into reality!
Laura Eklund Nhaga (she/her) and Katri Swan (she/her) starring as Demi & Ace respectively.
Additionally, Laura is the showrunner and screenwriter of Demi & Ace. She is a 24-year-old actress, writer and spoken word artist that you might recognise from projects such as Project Green Gables and Hotel Swan Helsinki. Or maybe you've seen her in the many Open Mics of Helsinki.
Katri is an actress and currently studying screenwriting. She believes that storytelling is central to human existence and as it exists in every culture around the world she wanted to explore it. After traveling around the world for almost 2 years, mind full of stories she wanted to solely focus on the craft of cinema and acting. Katri studied in Los Angeles for 5 years at the University of California and at the Actor's Academy. Since then she has returned to Europe and has worked in Finnish TV-series, films and short films.
