I recently came across a blog I made a few years ago (this one), & it reignited my passion for sharing my story. I really enjoyed sharing inspirational posts, recipes, and more and it helped keep me accountable. Things have been hectic to say the least. Life is a roller-coaster of unforseen circumstances, unexpected places, turns, ups, and downs, but we are ultimately in control. Today is Day 1 of my newest journey. After 6 months of gym closures, stress eating and a global pandemic, I have certainly a long road ahead of me. Itโs time to do the hard stuff: step on the scale, make a plan, and get moving.
