the funniest part of those ‘haha nico hates leo’ textposts is that they’ve barely interacted in canon so there’s literally no place people could be getting this dynamic from. there’s a scene in toa where nico goes “ill kill him” but its clearly out of worry because leo is dead-not-dead and aside from that hes always shown at the very least respect for leo. truly some people just take personalities and smash them together with no further understanding of how the characters themselves work

Headcanon that Annabeth talks Percy into playing Scrabble with her one day but underestimates how bad both of their spelling skills are. By the end of the night, Annabeth has made a few plays she’s not quite sure are correct but is too prideful to check the dictionary, and Percy just starts making up words and swearing they’re real (and enjoying the fact that Annabeth can’t tell if he’s joking or not).
