The years pass. After Dyanna's death, Baelor wants to tell Egg the truth, but Maekar keeps putting it off.

And then Ashford happens… and Maekar can't reveal to Egg that he just watched his real father die and burn on the funeral pyre.

I just saw the interview with Rick Riordan where he said he doesn't care about black hair Percy and only cares about the spirit and the voice of the characters-

But here's the thing though... PJO TV Percy Jackson is not PJO book Percy Jackson. Book Percy while albeit sassy and such, is a kind hearted person who's really selfless while TV show Percy is not only selfish, too much of a jerk, and honestly doesn't really reflect book Percy at all
