so, how does one train a cat like you? dog flavored training has never really landed with me, so I'd love to hear what else might work. maybe as a Task, make it detailed enough that I can use it as an instruction manual for myself? or for my partner to use on me
to really earn its reward, it's gone and done some research on training cats, and it thinks that a lot of what its read does transfer over to what it thinks about how it wants to be trained.

give your catgirl something to do, and when she does it, reward her! it's honestly that simple to train anyone. even people respond well to being rewarded for doing things, and social creatures like cats, dogs, and humans all respond well to being rewarded for performing an action you want them to perform!
specifically, though, cats are actually quite nervous creatures, so punishments have even less value. punishments can lead to losses of confidence and willingness to engage when you want it to do something that will reward it. you can't train a cat if the cat is avoiding you! the best way to stop a cat misbehaving is to provide her with alternatives and rewards.
cats can be quite food motivated, but catgirls don't necessarily need to be fed treats. in fact, attention is usually a better reward: catgirls are quite playful creatures, so spending time playing with your catgirl will be seen as a reward: engage in her kinks, play games with her, and spend lots of time petting her! the more attention you give her, the more she will want.

do your best to never ignore or neglect your catgirl. she is a creature that thrives on attention, and withers without it. the less positive attention she gets, the more likely she is to become withdrawn, demanding, and even aggressive. if you want a sweet little kitty cat, remember that obedience is not a given and find ways for doing as she's told to be rewarding for her. always reward her. never punish her. spend lots of time with her.
