I found this manga, it's adorable.
It's called "My Son is Probably Gay," and is told from the point of view of the mother, who supports her closeted gay son.
[IMG IDs: the manga in question. There are four characters, who have names I don't remember (opps), so I shall call them Mother, Father, Son, and Brother (who doesn't speak much in this passage).
The family is sitting to dinner. Father is discussing a drama his coworkers were speaking of. He says, "Apparently it's a romance drama about homosexuals. The young ones at work seem to really love it, and they've been talking about it nonstop." Son does a bit of a spit take, as Father continues, "Apparently the two men in the show have even kissed and gotten married on screen!" Mother has a slightly apprehensive look, presumably aimed at Son in response to her husband's tone(s). "Recently you hear about a lot of LGBT stuff. Kinda amazing, right? But no matter how interesting it might be to talk about, isn't it kind of unpleasant to watch a same-sex kiss scene?" He is laughing good naturedly, as though his comment was in jest.
Son gets very red faced, and blurts out, "R-Right! It's impossible between two men!"
Mother looks on with a slightly concerned face, and the thought box, "In an environment like this, our son is probably gay." (I assume it's awkward due to translation, I would interpret it as, "This environment is like this (tense) because our son is probably gay.")
Father adds, "In a situation like that, you'd rather a girl, right?" to which Son responds, "Right! I wonder why that is?"
Mother calmly asks, "Have you seen that drama?" Father looks a bit embarrassed, and replies, "Huh? I really haven't seen it. I'm fine not seeing it." A bright, ernest look alights on Mother's face, and she says, "In that case, if the kids at work are talking about it, maybe if you watch the show, it'll change your feelings on same-sex romance? We should watch it! I haven't seen a lot of dramas recently."
Brother (I think) exclaims, "Mama, are you the type of person that watches sorts of dramas?" to which she replies, And what if I was?" These speech bubbles are on panels that only depict Son. In the first, he is taking a bite, but in the second he is chewing, a slight blush creeping across his face.
The final panel shows after dinner, as the parents are washing dishes, and the boys play a video game. Thought panels say, "Right now, my son is trying his hardest to lie about everything. I hope there comes a time where he can be his honest self." She is facing the camera with a small smile. Her husband is at the sink, hands soapy, yelling, "Hey! You guys should help tidy up!" End ID.]
