Hot on the heels of sharing a fantastic illustration of the plot of Mad Max:Fury Road told in the style of Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, we’ve discovered a whole awesome series of illustrations depicting a variety of pop culture icons in the style of ancient hieroglyphs. From Star Wars and Star Trek to all sorts of superheroes, Futurama, the Ghostbusters, and many more, they’re called Hero-Glyphics and they’re the work of freelance designer and illustrator Josh Ln.

Doing some hiking through woods, came across an area where there are piles of wild grapes. Probably could fill a couple 5 gallons bucks worth. Grabbed a couple bunches to eat while hiking little tart but pretty good.

Big ol' snapping turtled crawled out of the lake this morning. Can even see the path it took. A seagull was pressing its luck getting close to the snapper.

Did a bit of fishing today. Caught 4 small mouth bass with frogs. Three were 16 and one was 17 inches. All were released back, was hoping for a cat fish for supper.
