Take note guys- Since there is no snow emergency plan in place in our fair city, (meaning there is no rule saying "don't park on this side of the street when the snow emergency is in place" or "move your car if you're parked on the odd-numbered side of the street") your car is going to get buried by these "plows," which are DPW pickup trucks with plows on them, kinda like the ones your rich neighbors used to hire.
