what do you think about Kate and Garrett's relationship? i think they are so cool together ;)

I wish we had gotten to meet them before the last book. I think I would be more invested in their story if I had known them longer? It just sort of seemed like why should I care too much about them when the series is almost over. It also kind of bugged me as a C/Es and R/Em fan that we got more Kate/Garrett shipping stuff in those few chapters than we ever got of these other couples in all four books. lolBut all that aside, they are an interesting pair. I like to think there’s more to it than her gift though, because that makes it seem kind of . . shallow? Like in the movie he gets zapped and instantly declares her an ‘amazing woman’ but he hasn’t actually talked to her or gotten to know her yet, you know? But we do see them chatting in the background of some scenes and spending time together even if we don’t get to hear what they are talking about. I think it wouldn’t necessarily be easy for them—the course of true love never did run smooth and all that. Garrett not used to staying in one place—he’s an explorer, an adventurer, a wanderer—and Kate’s not used to being with one man. So there’s going to be some adjustment no matter how much they might love each other. But I think they’ll make it in the end. I think Kate was open to the idea of monogamy after watching Irina fall for Laurent, and I think Garrett’s ready to settle down after the ultimate “adventure” of standing up to the Volturi. I do think it’s hilarious that Garrett has apparently known Carlisle for *centuries* and was never interested in the ‘challenge’ of the veggie diet… but he’s known Kate for two weeks and now he’s willing to give it a go. Men! lol

Is it strange that my favoritecouple in the Twilight series is Kate and Garrett? I just thought about it and I mean, they are in the last movie, right?

I am not a big fan of the movies or the books, I have seen all the movies and read the books (I like the books more), but I really love this couple.

I think that they are funny, cute and amazing. Like when Kate first give Garrett an electric shock, he told her that she was amazing. Then during the war he held on to her so tight like his life depended on it even though he was in so much pain. That’s love!

“If we live through this, I’ll follow you anywhere, woman.”

I would love to read a book about them or maybe a fanfiction.

I find it really stupid how everyone is just like "How could Garrett fall so fast and hard for Kate? It's not realistic" and we're all basically sluts for her and call her goddess based on 15 min of her screen time. I mean come on. It IS realistic.

okay but garrett wrapping himself around kate and letting her shock him so that she won’t get herself hurt is the most romantic thing that happened in the whole damn series he undergoes excruciating pain at her will just to save her from herself because he loves her so much this couple deserves more recognition there i said it

Guys I can't express my feelings when five other vampires try to subdue Kate in breaking dawn and they all go down but Garrett, he grabs her and she's giving him the full blast of her power and still he holds on, and he jumped on her already knowing how badly it would hurt, but he did it anyway because he wouldn't let her die.

It reminds of so strongly of the Ballad of Tam Lin and how Janet has to hold him to save him. its just such a powerful metaphor for devotion.

And after all that he still has the wherewithal to be flirty!

Hoje parei pra pensar em alguns sonhos que eu tenho,mas que não posso realizar no momento!Desde nova que eu tinha vontade de fazer balé e tocar violino,pois pra mim essas duas atividades são tão delicadas e lindas que eu me vejo facilmente fazendo elas.Eu me enxergo como uma bailarina,com meus gestos delicados de agir e falar.E me vejo dançando como uma também,sempre me imagino fazendo uma apresentação impecável de balé clássico e sendo aplaudida pelas as pessoas. E em relação ao violino,começou quando eu criei gosto pela a música clássica,em especial,em músicas que tinha o violino na composição.Fiquei fascinada com a ideia de saber tocar um instrumento lindo e sutil como o violino. Mas,esses sonhos são apenas sonhos no momento.Infelizmente não posso torná-los reais por enquanto,e talvez nem nunca.Pensar nisso me causa tristeza,pois acho que às pessoas deveriam sim ir atrás dos seus sonhos e se esforçar para concretizar-lós,mas infelizmente tenho outros objetivos e privações que me impedem. Foi um desabafo apenas pois nunca contei isso a ninguém.
