Today was excellent! I was busy at work and didn’t actually eat anything until I was about ready to leave for the gym 🥴 I had cottage cheese with berries and a banana as a pre-workout meal. After the gym I made a chicken bacon avocado ranch wrap that was FANTASTIC!!! Then I made some lovely stuffed peppers for dinner. The filling is so damn good and easy to make - I need to remember to use it as a meal prep recipe sometime.
