uh hello :) has it been about 9 months, well over a year, apparently literally forever since i posted about this? maybe, but I’m just going to ignore that. So here’s some more businessman!Joel!!
(also mainly a continuation of the thought about the train being busy) 18+ MDNI fem!reader but only they/you is used, absolutely zero grammatical or structural consistency please don't be mean I have not written in 5eva <3
Businessman!Joel who tries /really tries/ to focus on the work but with you sat next to him. The worst part is you aren’t even doing anything, you’re just /you/.
Just twenty more minutes, Joel thinks to himself, twenty more minutes. He can control him until he gets to his office so he can shamefully rub one out in the toilets(loser), thinking of you whining so pretty, being so good as you take his cock. Sweet cunt sculpted just for him, moaning out his name as he thrusted up into you. Missionary would be the best, Joel thinks to himself, already feeling his dick harden in his unnecessarily sexy (commuter!reader’s words not mine) slacks, that way he could watch you as you melted on his cock.
Businessman!Joel who also felt ashamed of these thoughts when he looked over to you, innocently tapping away on your laptop. Completely unassuming (or so he thought)
Commuter!reader who remembers the first time they looked at joel and could feel themselves getting wetter on the spot. Tall. Check. Older. Check. Almost upsettingly sexy. Check.
Commuter!reader who spends almost an embarrassingly long time daydreaming about joel literally anywhere but on the train.
Just thinking about him domestically, cup of coffee in hand leaned against the kitchen counter. Relaxed on the sofa watching a movie, your head settled in his lap content as he plays with your hair.
Thrusting up into you with you pressed up against the shower door after a long day at work, one hand holding the door, the other groping at your breasts desperately as he fucked away the frustration of work.
Commuter!reader who realises they’ll get to have to sit next to the sexy businessman that they’ve been secretly touching themselves to almost every night since they’d first seen him.
Commuter!reader who tries, /really tries/ to focus on whatever was on their laptop but was fighting a losing battle because they caught a whiff of the sexy businessman who somehow smells like a thick forest and rain.
Commuter!reader who tries to act oh so casual as they focus their eyes on their laptop screen, not really taking anything in because they can feel the businessman’s side pressed against theirs, feeling -perhaps for the first time- thankful that the seats are on the smaller side.
A thick and dangerous air that has been building between you as you both desperately try to hide your growing desire finally crescendos when your stop arrives, and although it would be tempting to stay in the musky warmth of Joel, you dragged yourself back to reality and made the universal grabbing of things to signal that you would have to move in the hopes that the people in the aisle would move out of the way for you to leave.
they didn’t, of course, that would be too kind of other people. You were mentally preparing to have to either speak to these people or just sort of awkwardly push past them, so great and so fun and definitely something you felt confident in doing.
However, you didn’t have to. You felt a large hand wrap around yours and gently tug you upwards as Joel cleared his throat loudly enough for the helpfully in the way passengers.
All of a sudden you were off the train and onto the platform, with Joel’s hand still entwined in yours. It felt so strong and supportive, and just right, as though your hands had been carved specifically for each other, perfectly matching for the two of you and no one else.
Your mind was fuzzy and any logical thoughts to do with your day, your plans and your never ending to-do list have long since departed your mind. Replaced by a soft, deep comfort that you struggle to put words to. You let yourself be led by Joel, only really returning to reality when the fresh air hits you.
Businessman!Joel who has also been operating on autopilot. Legs walking without instruction as he swiftly moves through the crowds of the station, just trying to get to the exit so he can cool down - although his belief that he is too warm because of the heat of the train is unconvincing even to himself, especially with how tightly he is holding onto your hand.
Once outside, Joel feels himself relax and cool somewhat, with the crowd from the station now dispersed and fewer people to have to manoeuvre around. He gently pulls you to the side of the station entrance and finally releases your hand, to place a hand on each shoulder and look you in your eyes.
"Sorry for just grabbing your hand, these crowds are a nightmare and I didn't want you to miss your stop." Joel looked slightly sheepish as he realised he should've asked first. You look up to meet his eyes, (and then immediately have to look away as you feel your cheeks warm with the eye contact). "Oh! its okay," you respond, trying to decide if its better to look him in the eyes (too intimidating), look at the rest of him (delicious but probably not the best option), or just look at the floor (boring but the most practical). "I really appreciate it, thank you."
You never get off at the same stop.
"You got off too early though, your stop isn't yet!"
Joel lets out a deep chuckle, and various inappropriate thoughts make a real attempt to win control of your mind.
"It's okay doll, my stop isn't too far from here, and I won't pretend that I'm upset at the thought of missing a little work." Joel checks his watch and sighs. "Unfortunately, I can only justify avoiding work for so long. Here, take my number," You look up and see an immaculate business card presented in front of you "You know, just if there's ever a crowd-based problem or something. Have a good day darlin'." Joel says as he presses his card into your hands, and reluctantly turns to leave.
You watch, still half dazed from, well everything about him, and tuck the card into your palm. "Have a good day too! Don't work too hard, you never know when I might need you in a crowd-based problem!" You smile as Joel shakes his head with a laugh, walking off towards his work, and away from his desire.

I hope that the eons I left have been slightly made up for, and if literally anyone reads this and wants more of this, or more writing that would be super cool and awesome :]
