Concept Art is hard
I've tried numerous times to do concept art on Paper, only to hate everything I draw. Something about the process feels more restrictive / less creative for me. Stupid as it sounds, I think I prefer MS Paint for rough concepts. I think less and flow more, and my imagination fills in the blanks. I'm going to just stick with MS Paint from now on.
HEARTVALE is an RPG about "Love".
And all of it's aspects.
A world made of pure love. But this world's love has run dry. "The Vale" is dying. It's up to "You", the player, to save it from the brink of destruction. Return love to the world. For a world without love is no world at all.
Gonna make a new Heartvale news post.
This coming weekend. I know I said I wasn't going to, but I changed my mind. The game's at a state where I feel like I definitely should be sharing things about it, instead of hoarding all the pretty colors on my PC.

(EDIT:) There was a newsletter here, it's gone now. Most of the information was outdated or just all over the place. Decided that removing most of the post until the game's ready for a proper reveal was the best option.
Here's a "Rough Draft" version of a song I made for HEARTVALE. You may have heard it before, but it has been slightly touched up. It's SUUUUUPER WIP, but I felt like releasing this version anyway since quite a few people have already heard it.

Been doing a lot of rough mockups to prototype the UI and how it should work. I think everything is in a good place "more or less" though I'm still not sure about letting the player see the back of their own head? idk
