Haha, fair enough. I'm not trying to "call anyone out" or target any band in particular--a lot of bands that do this style fucking rule. It's just a comment on what I feel is rapidly becoming a point of stagnation/over saturation in current HC/punk.

Murder of a non-diplomat or federal official isn't a federal crime. It has to be investigated and prosecuted on a state level. The feds could potentially claim that it's an issue of national security and take up the investigation but barring that they're not going to investigate Wilson for murder. Charges over Civil Rights violations are under federal jurisdiction and the DoJ has taken up an investigation already.

I know your battle with depression was long and hard and it had taken a turn for the worse, but i really wish you had won. I never properly mourned your loss, I just shut it out.
