Ok I got these two done today finally. Two DBH ocs ... kind of an excuse to practice clothes and details and do something kind of cyberpunk and colourful 🤖🤖🤖

Max, a WM500 and Cerise, a mechanic who does mods and repairs him when he gets broken which is like every 5 seconds

The story they’re in takes place post-revolution. Cerise used to work for Cyberlife but did illegal mods for deviants on the side. After the revolution she became an independent mechanic doing every mod under the sun. She did repairs on Ralph, who started the tradition of her clients drawing/writing on her jacket when she fixed them. She also wrote on Max’s jacket and got all his patches and pins for him (he’s not really one for fashion himself but he humours her)

Max found work after the revolution as a courier - a job that didn’t involve the same gruelling manual labour he had to endure in his job before the revolution. He’s still really handy with a hammer and a drill, but he will refuse to fix your leaky tap or broken door unless he really likes you. He hasn’t adjusted to post-rev life too well - he’s often late to work because he was out taking overcharged Thirium all night and/or ended up ripping an arm off somehow and having no memory of how it happened and ends up on Cerise’s bench. The shaved side of his head is due to one of those incidents - he hit his head, cerise couldn’t deactivate his skin/hair to get a clear view of the damage and ended up shaving it, and of course it never grew back, but he doesn’t really care.

One day he gets a weird package stolen off him, and in his efforts to track it down he ends up getting involved in the middle of a conflict between an anti-android movement and an android rights group called the Blue Hand, which him and Cerise end up becoming members of and joining the fight.

I’m still working on plot details but man I can’t wait to write this thing. I’ll update y’all with more characters as I come up with them 🙌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼
