Also by itself this pic is a great example of long-term fat redistribution on T. i have never understood the appeal of "tight" pussy, like i think it's an overrated fantasy praised by insecure cishet men who have never had sex with someone with a tight vagina. my vagina has been painfully tight since i can remember. it would hurt so much anytime i would try to have vaginal sex. my first partner that i became sexually active with, it was not enjoyable for him either. once or twice, we would have to complete stop because it was too uncomfortably tight even for him. so sometimes we would both lay there sad and sore. we would do our best to use lubricant and stimulation, still did not help enough. i actually started anal sex before vaginal because it took a whole year of trying to exercise my pussy whereas exercising my ass was so much easier--which is to say, anal needs a LOT of warm up on its own already. the pain feels like a tearing sensation near the entrance of my hole, and then HARD cramps radiating from my vagina to my cervix and uterus. it felt like i was having a period cramp. once able to have vaginal sex, it got a lot better but only if i had vaginal sex regularly enough, like 1 a week minimum. keep in mind i was also 17-18 at the time so it's not like we were living together and could just have sex whenever.

and i STILL struggle with tight pussy to this day. i haven't had sex in 3 years. i had a pelvic wellness exam the other day and ohhh my God it was almost unbearable. my gynecologist was explaining that T encourages the vagina to not be as flexible, and while it probably hasn't helped my case, i had to explain to her that it wasn't just the T, lol. thankfully, i don't have periods now though, so im grateful for that too. i swear that i relate a lot to how endometriosis is described, but when i had an intrusive ultrasound, the doctor and the nurse both said my uterus looked fine. no reads for endo. but idfk man im not entirely convinced.
