Today,
At dinner, mini steaks pie, beans and chips, 2 mini onion bajhis and a mini brownie for dessert.
Gonna purge when my bath is running
It's honestly so easy to just move more(walk,jog,run,hiit,cardio,dance...)and eat less and boom your already skinny,
maybe not in a week, but just wait. In a month you will see what I'm talking about, get up move every 2 hours, eat SUPER healthy and drink water.

the one person i thought was different ended up being like every one else. you have the “you being like this is difficult for me” mentally and i hate that
no matter how hard i tried or far i made it. i was never prepared for how shit they make me feel
my hand after i finish purging:
Made some INCREDIBLE low cal vegetable soup last night!!!!! I’m so impressed with myself, it tastes like the store brand stuff. The calorie count that I included is for the entire pot of soup, so having one bowl is pretty low cal, probably somewhere around 90 calories. I’m gonna try to write instructions on how I made it here-
Chop up half of a yellow onion, a medium sized carrot, a potato, and a stalk of celery.
Pour vegetable broth into a pot and wait for it to boil just a bit, like get it bubbly
Thaw out about 1 and 1/3 cup frozen vegetables, the bag I used had carrots, peas, and green beans.
Add all of the vegetables you just cut up, the thawed veggies, then add a cup of canned diced tomatoes, I used some that came seasoned with stuff like oregano and basil.
Stir every maybe 2-3 minutes or whenever feels right.
Add a big dash of oregano, basil, a bit of cayenne pepper, and about 2 tablespoons of ground pink Himalayan salt.
Cover the pot and take it off to stir every few minutes.
Every now and then take out a piece of each vegetable and stab it with a fork, if it still feels hard, it’s not done. If it feels soft, it’s ready to take off the stove and serve!
