its ok to celebrate or be proud of the little things that may seem inconsequential and barely that difficult to some people, because maybe its hard for you. im proud of you for doing what you can even when its hard. its ok to pat yourself on the back even if maybe all you did was sweep the floor or eat a snack, if you went outside and stood in the sun or the rain, because sometimes its the little things that matter the most. sometimes all someone needs is that one small thing to keep going one more day.
