He exists in the @usherfoundationdc TMA AU as a (if not the) main antagonist, and is somewhere between the Web and the Stranger. Any content warnings that could apply to any of these two Fears apply here as well. Devon currently exists in late 2016 in an AU of The Magnus Archives. (Will add CWs after spoiler break.)
