Well this took a while... anyway I was trying to recreate one of my Sims 4 sims in Sims 2 and wanted all the skin details to match up perfectly so I converted the vitiligo textures to Sims 2 in an overlay box.
There are 71 separate swatches, split between arms, legs, upper torso, lower torso, and face. Face textures do work with other overlays. The preview shows multiple different skins and skintones so you can see what they look like. (The one guy is backwards because otherwise he'd be sideways). For the vitiligo textures themselves I used the Tattooer to get the general shape of the textures over and then used a custom tone of Dreadpirate's Party for One skinblend to make sure the details weren't lost on the face. The overlays work on both male and female, ages toddler through elder. There are a LOT of choices (between 8 and 21 for each body part) so I recommend making a note of what you picked in case you ever want to remove them. The box is a mannequin head (using the same texture as the birthmark overlay box because it fit the theme) and is located in misc > dressers.
SimSlice's Bone Furniture Repo'd to @fracturedmoonlight's Stone Super Set
A lot of the stone recolors work well on this set, especially if you want the bones to look old or burnt (here's my stone super set tag). Poly count is a little on the high side but not too bad. The lounger is 7560 but it's a 3 tile object, the table is 3360, and the chair is 2660. I've never seen recolors for this set so I didn't bother changing the guids, filenames are the same

these are replacement templates for all 27 faces and the hidden alien template. there is minimized differences between the female and male faces, and all faces have been edited to have more unity between ages. pollination tech is replaced by 28Alien and ideal plantsim is replaced by 26Eelf.
these were created using my old sims and templates i already had. credits are listed below.
these were inspired by @pooklet's september face templates. taken directly from their post, make sure to grab these fixes for faces 21 and 25 plus the unhidden alien template, and this mod that adds the alien and elf templates to the townie pool.
this is the same gift i gave out last week, now for everyone! thank you to @dark-side-princess-sims for the previews.
these are my rainbow stitch zombie and insectoid alien default skins made nondefault and recolored. there are five recolors of the zombie and four recolors of the alien. these work for all ages, are geneticized (i believe all are at 0.9), and are NOT townified.
also included are nondefault recolors of the eyes from those defaults! i... can't remember if i geneticized those or not. i probably did, but didn't townify them. there's five recolors of the zombie eyes and four recolors of the alien eyes.
these use my moonshadow skins as a base. credits for those are included below.

Slider #1: cheekbone width
Self explanatory really, makes the cheekbones wider (but not deeper, nor taller). A bit like that one maxis slider but without any brow adjustment
Slider #2: cheekbone height
Makes the cheekbones longer or shorter on the y axis
Slider #3: jawline squareness
Affects the back of the jaw, changes the width without changing the chin or cheek width (unlike the maxis equivalents)
Slider #4: Upper lip width
The name's a bit confusing, it doesn't affect the upper lip but the area immediately above the upper lip, below the nose (I did look to see if it had an official name but that search sadly didn't turn up much). It's a little hard to see in the screenshot, but it makes this area wider or narrower.
Slider #5: nose fold rotation V1
This changes the angle of the nasal folds, rotating them up and down (as I've poorly tried to demonstrate in the screenshot). V1 affects a smaller area than V2, not really affecting any polygons around the mouth
Slider #6: nose fold rotation V2
Does the same thing as V1 nose fold rotation, but affects a larger area - this one moves more polys, including some near the mouth (despite the screenshots I swear they're different!). I only intended to make one slider for this, but couldn't decide which to keep so you get both :D
Slider #7: nose length
This slider makes the nose longer and shorter on the face, but in a different way to maxis' slider for the same thing in that the whole nose is stretched, centered in the middle of the nose, not just the nose tip moving up and down. (please ignore the clipping on the brow! the furthest point on the slider was too much for this guy's face but works fine on others)
Slider #8: nose tip length
like the maxis nose length slider, but only affects the tip of the nose
Slider #9: nose bridge shape V1
Makes the top of the nose bridge narrow and the nose tip wide, or the top of the bridge wide and the tip narrow, forming a triangular shape
Slider #10: nose bridge shape V2
Like slider #9, but affects only the nose bridge and not the nose tip, making it taper inwards our outwards from the top.
Slider #11: broken nose
forms a curve on the nose bridge off to the left, or off to the right, a bit like what you might get if your sim broke their nose

apologies all, I messed up the GUID on one of the nose length slider icons, it was overriding the bedroom icon in build mode > sort by room (thank you to @matti2k2 for pointing it out!)

Hello everyone, you may have seen my wonderfully useful no face slider april fools post - It's now time for something a bit more... everyday. This is what I was actually making before goofing off there for a bit. It's a full-face slider for well, face size.
It shrinks/increases the size of a sim's facial features (eyes, brows, mouth and nose) as a whole without altering the outer margins of the face where it connects to the neck/scalp, and I'm hoping the images above illustrate this a bit more effectively than I'm currently describing.
