#novel tag #i live i die i live again #hit halfway point in the rewrite so i'm allowed to reblog dumb memes as a treat.

i hope to god the steroid injection this friday works because i am so fed up with my spine right now. it will go from totally fine (or as fine as it gets) to me having to stop and lean on random dirty sign-posts and traffic bollards every few yards just to walk a couple blocks and meet a friend for lunch. and the "fine" and "not fine" poles are both being reached in the same day, seemingly at random no matter my level of activity, whether I've done PT, taken meds etc.

anyway. hopefully some big needles straight to the spine will help!

#at least the ulcer meds are working i think? though i am struggling w the two cups of tea a day limit which i admit is not helping lol #not going to lie “you should not have caffeinated beverages or nsaids” does not feel like sustainable way of life to me #a person basically mcguyvered together with caffeinated beverages and nsaids
